Coach Jav I know for a fact is looked upon like a father figure by Team Eagle's MMA fighters. The way Khabib has always treated coach has always been at up most respect and it is just something you expect from a good Muslim. Respecting elders which is lacking in western culture and can't be denied. These fighters respect Coach Jav more than most Americans respect their own parents. Most Americans blame their parents for their failures and probably live in a single parent household. Family as a unit is very important for most people to understand what relationships actually value; can't expect same understanding from someone that is lacking such treasure.

What i love about these fighters besides there elite skills is that they dont have a huge ego like most of the other fighters obviously we have there elders and themselves to thank for that thought i would mention it salute to the humble and polite warriors outside the octagon ready for war

@@mitchcallander2608 did you know that those same enzymes kill the protein in centipede venom? If you ever get bit by one just grab a papaya leaf and crack some veins open to get the sap and put it on the bite, best trick I ever learned in terms of centipedes.
No wonder fighters gain so much weight after retirement since they get to eat anything at anytime without thinking twice .

That’s because they don’t train. Most fighters don’t follow super strict diets if they’re not in a camp.

All you gotta worry about is hitting your minimal required fats which I’m guessing is around 0.3g-0.4g/kg.

This brief, comical, and yet educational video is why Islam is moving up to 170 and why Khamzat is moving up to 185: these guys are doing an extreme experiment on themselves in extreme starvation.
This is more brutal than the actual fight, which last for only a few seconds to 15 minutes or 25 minutes and THEN it's over. This is NOT just "eating well" (although ultimately it is that, too, in a very deliberately brutal way)... this is starving your body in both solid & liquid intake, so your body lose 5% to 10% within a few hours to a few days...
Fighters who fight in the more appropriate division --- which is what Alexander Volkanovsky is doing, when he needs to eat 3,000 to 5,000 calories daily (of very healthy foods of course) to bulk up his muscles ---- do not have to suffer like this. Alex's problem is to eat a ton, to build the extra 10 pounds of pure muscles, but keep the extreme exercises going so as to lose all the fats and liquids.
