My sister had two of the tc cortinas,both had the 250 cu 6 in them, they were fast compared to their bigger falcon cousins. Loved having a lend of them sometimes.
@@timfordfalconxf7714I had a ‘75 Aus Cortina. The pinto engines, with a little tickle, could easily match the lazy 6s. And given the Cortina never had power steering, quite nimble too. Straight line power in the 6s was quite impressive, if not a bit “uncultured”.
