How to replace foundation vent screen- Easy

It takes less less than 2 minutes to replace an old rusted vent screen. Prevents pest entering crawl space and also white vinyl vent adds look to your house compared to normal galvanized ones.

the coons RIPPED my 60 year old TOUGH wire straight out and climbed in... I doubt these plastic models would hold up to my olympian raccoons

I have a few questions first do you not need the automatic kind for the different seasons? Secondly I bought some witten automatic vents and they absolutely will not stay in place I have tried everything. They just fall out over and over again. The screws don’t work. It is a brick house. Should I try using a masonry drill bit?
