- This is a follow-up visit from a home inspection on a VA loan on the house we renovated that is now under contract. In this video I will show you how to install foundation vents. Also today we replaced a couple of window panes and reglazed them
This is just like a friend I have. Instead of just going back to the store and getting the right product for the job, he just goes with whatever he bought, even if it takes him 10x longer to do the job.

I bought a 15$ piece of sheet metal and cut 7 of them to fit. Took less than an hour ….Just wow. Don’t allow someone like this onto your property.

Im gone do what yall did, every other review on the automatic vents say they fail and wont open or close. With this open in summer close in winter. Alot cheaper same results, and it cant fail!

I can't believe this guy actually posted this work. Really. Who talks like that when they're dealing with customers or advertising their work? There's no way I would hire this guy just because of his mouth and attitude. Sounds like he should be on swamp loggers.

Foot is all healed up thanks for asking. I hope this is it for this job too it is getting old now and I'm ready to move on. The other job meeting went well and we picked up several jobs during this time. We took the cat to the vet and got it fixed up but it's still not in good shape. I have the cat still and I've been trying to get the cat healthy but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen.
