you can buy them anywhere! they're just baby head bands (in the craft and or baby hair section maybe even regular hair section). Walmart, target, walgreens, kmart, hobby lobby, joann's, michael's...do you need more?? There's no need to be so rude about it. Some of the bigger one are just two swen together or, they're just stretched out.

There is many websites you can get the crotchet bands at the best are the large 9" at eBay but the best site is aliexpress they sell by the lot very good quality the smallest I buy are 6" but the bigger the better
What i know, there is a different nylon tulle and polyester tulle. Both manufactured, but nylon is softer than polyester (can be stiff than nylon). Sometimes, we buyer get confused between both and often get a bad quality of tulle and stiff. One of bad thing buying online. :(

yea i tried doing it, but realized it wouldnt work, it looked beautiful but i know it would hold long, i made a prototype lol and tugged on it and the ribbon kind of bent out of shape so i decided not to do it that way
