Hi, thank you for the question, as long as you fold the flour in bit by bit,and not over fold the flour. I found it quicker and easier to cooperate the mixture together. Of course there’s another way to do it ,is mixing the wet ingredients with the egg yolks first and fold the meringue into the flour mixture little by little. The end product is the same. What ever way you find it easier for yourself.
