Dear Dr Ebraheim: Thank you very much for your video, it is a most valuable aid to educating the lay public when we suffer an accidental wound. For someone who is not a doctor, like me, it might help, in some instances, to know exactly what foot we are seeing in a figure, right or left, inside or outside. It is sometimes a bit confusing to find out. Best regards, Ney Villamil. Mexico City.
ok i am training 6 years parkour and yea 4 days before my foot slipped from jump over 2.5m and ancle is 2 bigger than other one for 3 days now should i go to pull it and place it back in position or whait to heal by it self ?? it doesn't hurt me only when i try safety roll when i bend my foot inside and front
I was in a dislocated my feet from ankles so they put rods, bolts and pins and 26 years later form calcium build up when they can break which I shuffle and tip over that caused my knees to fraction and tare my ago a few time in the past six ...the hard ware is not loose but the calcium has doubled ,,so what can be done ...My shoes are 1 size larger ,I wear lase ups because my toes well some toes bones are broken don't move,my feet don't move up and down because of the calcium build up around ankle and top of feet.??? Is there help for this ...walking is very hard and shuffling is bad also??????
Comprehensive with details of all structures of ligaments and tendons some of which are often skipped at other sites. Thank you very much. So I consider this video is authoritative for ankle anatomy.
Dear Dr. Nabile, Thanks for putting such an excellent educational material. I was wondering if you would be happy to provide some information on neurogenic clubfoot due to spinal cord tethering. I have searched hard but it is difficult to get any reliable and easy to follow information on this topic. Best Regards Jignesh
Great graphics, but disappointing with no narration and explanation, why the annoying piano music? It would have been a great video if it was narrated and explains the antimony.
Beautifully done really beautifully rendered.. the only problem is I don't have my glasses and so I had a little bit of trouble seeing what the ball of the foot area is called.. I suspect I have some kind of a fracture of that and the metatarsal of the big toe or at least the joint area where they connect as I have been in horrible pain for the past few days and only this morning noticed the area is swollen . Nevermind I found it on another video and I'm having problem with the MTP part top and bottom and side of it also called the metatarsal phalangeal in case anybody else is having problems with that and it is extremely painful and yesterday when I was in a public place shooting nerve pain and unbearable like lightning bolts hitting my foot
is the reason for excessive subtalar pronation due to a lax tibiocalcaneal deltoid ligament? what is it that keeps subtalar pronation in the normal range? Thanks!
I enjoyed seeing this. I more fully understand the aches and pains after having a shattered calcaneous after seeing the graphics of the anatomy of the foot. I feel blessed to have had Dr. Ebraheim as a surgeon.

I just learned more in 3:43 than all of my doctor's appointments in 22 years. What an effing shame.
