Ingredients:
Shiitake mushroom 125g, green pepper 80g,
plain flour 60 g, corn starch 60g, baking powder 1tsp,
baking soda ⅛tsp, five spice ½tsp, white pepper ¼tsp, salt ½tsp,
water ¼cup, vinegar 1tbsp,
onion 50g，garlic 10g, tomato sauce 2tbsp, sugar 2tsp,
water 3tbsp, vinegar 1tbsp, soy sauce 1tbsp
