I listened to heavy metal in my teens, but I got over it in my early twenties. I like good songwriting, be it Guy Clark, Rodney Crowell, Steve Earle, Robert Earle Keen, or James Hetfield.

Waterloo Icehouse, where he looked at me when he got stuck on a lyric. I gave it to him! People were looking at me? What? The international Music hall, Austin was another time he locked eyes with me and said Quietly, nice to see you here. People around me were, what? He knows you? Many years, many times 1981 till 2014, but not sense then. I live in North Idaho now, he doesn't come here.

Terrific song. Always liked Crowell's song writing ability, and his lyrical prowess has evolved into something impressive too.
