It's really not that hard, especially if you catch them on the ramp to the boat

Counter them and then press counter again instead of attacking to throw them, bot that hard

I used to always mess up the tea crates and even once failed by just 1 crate lol. The music made me retry many times
The combat mechanics, specifically counter attacking, in these games were literally the only reason why Assassin's Creed was so fun to play, in my POV. Now that they changed it starting with Origins, just not the same anymore.
If it were the same game, people would bitch about the lack of innovation. I can guarantee you if I had a time machine and showed you an alternate timeline were they kept the mechanics the same in all future AC games, I bet you all my money that people would bitch about how the game series has become stale because it repeats the same mechanics with no changes.

I love ac games and history but the British where no where near when the Boston tea happened.
Sure there were some redcoats but they informed the brittish about it cuz they were all killed by bluecoats
