if you put jb weld at the back of the headlight will it affect when you need to take the projector out to fix it?

There shouldn't be any reason to remove the projector. It's extremely rare for the led to go bad. The driver is external and user replaceable.
Jb quick can be removed when heated with a heat gun. It will crumble and fall apart then the projector can be removed if needed
