Found your channel a little over 2 months ago and i absolutely love it. Also randomly, my wife grew up in Waiuku and recognized Billy straight away. Told me the story about his arm. Then watched one of your videos when you boys pulled that engine apart and he explained it exactly as she did. Small world aye.

I'm not a rotary guy even though my grandfather imported in one of the first rx4s in New Zealand and took me for rides in it most weekends as a kid.....live goes by and I'm 50 suddenly and run accross your channel... I must say I'm enjoying the tour... Its bloody mint! On a Side note I Gota mate in the south island has a Rx3 coupe 100% original also has a old classic jetboat made in 1974 with a 12a engine in it..... Love your videos.. Cheers. Great stuff 🤙

America had Weird Headlight Laws, Headlights had to be Round. Look at Old Volvos or Mercedes, The USDM had 4' or 7' Round Lights.

L10a is the short wheel base, L10b is the long wheel base, L10a the wheel arch starts basically behind the door where as the L10b has say 80mm ( can’t remember the exact measurement) from the rear of the door to the start of the wheel arch. The USADM r100 all have the round headlights with that style grille and red/red and clear tail lights lenses where as the Aus delivered have red/orange and clear lenses
