Ive found the hardest part is aligning the diverter door at the top post.... you can see the pin and hole above the bloer squrill cage while the motor us out. Any tips for finding thet?
Turn the air deflector clockwise as far as it will go. Remove the blower motor and install it towards the center console or to the left. Doing this allows for more room. After you take the old one out look up in the cavity and hopefully you will see what I'm saying about the space.
the one major issue that you was having was you struggled with the cover. the actuator motor is held by 2 screws. remove the 2 screws replace the cover. THEN do your return air adjustment and reinstall the actuator motor. but good video

Don't need to remove deflector it pops off with a wedge of a screwdriver just remove bottom cover.

Can you explain this a bit more, look like it may save me some time this weekend?
That back screw and batting are killing me.
I ripped that screw off. Fuck me if I was gonna mess with it any longer.
Very helpful. Thank you
Or just get a real van.
