- Trying to Find Balance at Medical School
So as 2020 comes to an end, I wanted to look about how I've spent my time. Usually when things start to pile up every time, I'll say to myself "DAMN, I DON'T HAVE TIME!" But after 5 years of medical school, I feel like I'm finally in a position where I can share some wisdom on how I try to balance all the different things in my life alongside medical school!
I hope you guys find this useful and as we approach the new year I hope that things will look up!

As a 4th year Med.student trying hard to find balance in life,I can quite relate with you and your tips are really helpful.Thank you for sharing your strategies.
Honestly....You deserve a 1M+ followers.
This video had really good points, as always I love the edits. On work experience I've learnt that being able to be a well rounded person as a health professional is so important because it's so much easier to engage, connect and help your patients feel more comfortable with you which in turn makes your job much easier. I think this intertwines with both social life and extracurriculars because there's what you're interested in but then talking with others and learning more about what they're interested in to built your bank of knowledge on people's interests.
that’s such a good point !! it’s so easy to work on this though when you’re surround by the sort of hustle culture in med school but this is so true 🙏
