Who am I?

This is so refreshing and reassuring! As a first-year medical student, I have really struggled to find what is the "right" balance. I have been feeling isolated in that everyone (except me) wants to be a study machine, but it's really nice to see graduates who are still able to maintain their core values and not have to sacrifice everything.

Thank you so much for making this! I work in health already and I'm about to start post graduate psychology while running my own business and having two small kids at home.
I've been watching videos on how to find "work life balance" but I don't think any of them really understand what I'm up against.
Med students like you completely understand. It's a long road, and maintaining that balance is absolutely key.
