Her gem wouldn't have made a form appear that she didn't choose. Yes, you're right that Pink Diamond's form was poofed, but on the inside it had been Rose for a long time.

yellow should have less helmet like hair and just like what you said blue shouldnt have the hair connected at her chest and you should be able to see her feet and maybe part of her legs white would still be the statue of liberty but her hair and cape would have a slight rainbow tint in them

It's unlikely. 1- That was only Garnet's story. 2- We've never seen Pink Diamond in combat. Only Rose. We don't know how she fights, or if she fought at all, because, well, she can't exactly fight herself, or get Pearl to shapeshift into Rose and say that Pearl actually disappeared, can she? 3- The villain is not a new Pink Diamond. On the subject of Yellow Diamond's hair, I have to laugh because my grandmother had very set hair like that! My brother and I jokingly described her going to the beauty parlor to have it set each week as "polishing the helmet."
I hope that part of jaspers story arch is her feeling self conscious of her scars/body now that she's "flawed". SU has done a really good job at making every body type attractive and saught after, but I want them to go over body dysmorphia and being self conscious. I want to see jasper learn to love herself in her new body.
I’d make WD glimmer with all of the colors, like an actual diamond. When she moves we catch hints of different colors, and when she’s next to other gems her edges reflect their color. Like what if BD “brings out the blue in her eyes”? Maybe the other diamonds would be the only ones who actually make her eyes change, while other gems just give her hints of colors.
I know I'm very late, but I saw a theory that the 'makeup' under Blue Diamond's eyes isn't actually makeup. It's a mark resulting from millennia of crying for Pink. If you look at the flashbacks where Pink was trying to talk with the Diamonds to stop the colonization of the Earth, you can see that those marks didn't exist. I know it's probably just a animator's mistake, but I found it interesting anyway.
While I do agree that the diamonds need to be out of the picture during the Steven Universe movie in order to hype up the mystery gem and build up tension in the film, I strongly disagree with the idea of the diamonds being poofed because as shown in the episode "reunited", the diamonds can take a lot of punishment, and while we have seen pink diamond poofed, there are too many variables in that situation (Pink's sword being able to poof gems, Pink trying to fake her shattering, the other diamonds possibly being stronger and more durable than Pink, and Pink possibly allowing the sword to damage her enough to poof her) to confirm if all the diamonds can be affected the same way, especially since Blue Diamond easily stopped Pink's sword from poofing her and shattered it.
I have some ideas for the Diamonds if they poofed and reform. Yellow: let here hair helmet thing down like Blues hair, ditch the gloves, give her some less intimidating boots, maybe let her wear lipstick and what you said for the rest of her clothes. Blue: put some or maybe all of her hair into a braid, a nice long sleeved shirt, a scert that doesn't touch the bottom, some flat shoes or high heels, maybe some makeup (along with what you said) and maybe some jewelry. White: give her a cape that starts as white at the top but shades down to the bottom as pink (Yellow as the second color and Blue as the third), a wedding dress like upper half of her clothes and some calm jeans for the lower half, some flat shoes and have certain parts of her clothes the same color as the others and she can have the constant blushing thing that you said. One thing that kinda got me thinking... Pink diamond was able to change her form without being poofed, just her going through something (to an extent) such as before being put in charge when we saw her angry in the flashback when she broke the glass (first full view of her) may have sparked her to change physically and mentally a bit to allow her a chance to be in charge of her own colony, After getting the OK to colonize Earth we then see her in a 2nd form where her colors are a bit smoother along with a slightly new outfit, and of coarse there is Rose Quartz who technically would be her 3rd form where she could change between either or at any given time, PLUS LET'S NOT FORGET HER MURAL! WHO KNOWS IF SHE EVER LOOKED LIKE THAT DEPICTION OF HER! So who's to say that the event of "Change my Mind" wasn't the event needed to trigger a changing of form from the other diamonds?

Blues eye bags are beautiful and a great part of her design, if be so sad if they removed them. I have depression and one thing I know that even after things are solved and you stop grieving you may still keep scars from the past such as eye bags.
Some people think Blue actually WAS poofed, because the mural of the diamond on the moon thing or whatever looks different. I get that it was probably her og design, but its still a fun idea
Perhaps for White Diamond, White is Still her main color, but has many more dashes of pink, yellow, and blue. And if she was to keep her cape, some of the stars on it would reflect other gem colors, such as orange or green.
it could just be that the diamonds can't arrive within the time limit because their ships don't fly fast enough, though this would require the disablement of the galaxy warp. maybe it's under maintenance?
Season 6 plot idea: Spindal managed to poof them and scatter them throughout the kingdom in bubbles. Steven as the last diamond has to both find the diamonds and run all of the empire by himself. A task that only white might have been able to do and that no gem would have ever thought pink could do before e2 and e3.
I would LOVE to see blue in a pony tail! I kind of saw something close to a pony tail when yellow pushed her up against the wall in change your mind, and I kind of liked how it looked.

Gems don’t need to be poofed in order to change how they look, remember, gems can just change their outfits magically. Just rewatch “beach party”

Blue: put some or maybe all of her hair into a braid, a nice long sleeved shirt, a scert that doesn't touch the bottom, some flat shoes or high heels, maybe some makeup (along with what you said) and maybe some jewelry.
White: give her a cape that starts as white at the top but shades down to the bottom as pink (Yellow as the second color and Blue as the third), a wedding dress like upper half of her clothes and some calm jeans for the lower half, some flat shoes and have certain parts of her clothes the same color as the others and she can have the constant blushing thing that you said.

I agree that White needs more color, but I was thinking more along the lines of her nails being a nice graidient from blue to yellow, with subtle pink blush, maybe a subtle grayed-down rainbow cape? But the cape might be going to far....

One thing that kinda got me thinking... Pink diamond was able to change her form without being poofed, just her going through something (to an extent) such as before being put in charge when we saw her angry in the flashback when she broke the glass (first full view of her) may have sparked her to change physically and mentally a bit to allow her a chance to be in charge of her own colony, After getting the OK to colonize Earth we then see her in a 2nd form where her colors are a bit smoother along with a slightly new outfit, and of coarse there is Rose Quartz who technically would be her 3rd form where she could change between either or at any given time, PLUS LET'S NOT FORGET HER MURAL! WHO KNOWS IF SHE EVER LOOKED LIKE THAT DEPICTION OF HER! So who's to say that the event of "Change my Mind" wasn't the event needed to trigger a changing of form from the other diamonds?
I mean blue DOES cry a lot but seeing her without the eye bags & furious would probably scare me for life LOL

Perhaps for White Diamond, White is Still her main color, but has many more dashes of pink, yellow, and blue. And if she was to keep her cape, some of the stars on it would reflect other gem colors, such as orange or green.

Spindal managed to poof them and scatter them throughout the kingdom in bubbles. Steven as the last diamond has to both find the diamonds and run all of the empire by himself. A task that only white might have been able to do and that no gem would have ever thought pink could do before e2 and e3.

I would LOVE to see blue in a pony tail! I kind of saw something close to a pony tail when yellow pushed her up against the wall in change your mind, and I kind of liked how it looked.

About how you said they wouldn’t need a military. I mean, they would, but it wouldn’t be offensive. It would be defensive. There are plenty of aliens I’m sure are angry at Homeworld or maybe are similar to how they used to be, wanting to colonize. They’d need some form of protection
