I started sprouting! My first and most often are broccoli seeds since they are the most nutritious as far as I know. I'm also on the portfolio diet which is a variant of a plant based diet. The diet is for high cholesterol, especially LDL's. Great question on spermadine. Thank heavons mine is non-gmo.(Bob's Red Mill). Thank you so much Chef AJ for bringing us these great people!

Dr. Greger is incredible doing all these interviews, conferences around the world, research studies, books writing, etc..., for the benefit of the population. It takes energy to get there and Dr. Greger is always smiling and enthusiastic during each video appearance, although in great demand.
He knows his subjects so well and knows how to properly convey relevant information to us.

Love this conversation! I miss Dr Greger talking whilst on his treadmill. Too bad he had to stop because some people complained of motion sickness.

What a bonus episode! I read Dr. G's dating profile and it was as charming as he is here online. It turns out I'm too old, too touch-averse, and too MARRIED to fit his profile! lol But, I hope he finds his lady-love this year! Like what Mary McDougall says of her husband, John: He keeps life very interesting. I think Dr. G. will offer a very special woman the very same thing: a life that is never dull.

I was just able to tune in and listen to this encouraging talk 👏. I tried looking at his calendar, however did not see Sacramento or nearby as part of his tour or book signing agenda...😮💨.
