I just got one of these from my Aunt and I love it. I did not have the directions so I went online and ran across your videos. Such a huge help, Thank you!!!!
Thank you!! I wish I had found your channel sooner. I just cooked one piece of chicken for 45 minutes. Lol! Needless to say, it was a bit too long. I am now a subscriber to your UA-cam!! Again Thanks!
I sometimes like other spices, for example onion salt/powder, garlic sat/powder, etc. what ever my need for the moment is. I have found it works to mix/blend them into the choice of sauce that has been chosen. This is a great video, and a great information site. Thank you for sharing.
I was curious about this. I sous vide them directly from frozen and finish them with a weed torch. Beforehand, though, I put some liquid smoke on them and sprinkle on sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder, then a little crushed red pepper. They come out quite good, but I'm always looking for satisfactory methods that are quicker.
I buy my burgers in a chub. put it all in a bowl. add the seasonings you prescribed. Then mash it all together...pattie big burgers and put them in the freezer so all ya have to do later is set it and forget it. Yum
Have you made baked potatoes in the Nuwave? I've had one for a couple months now and still learning the things I can cook on here but this machine is fantastic !
I don't have a nuwave, but the design looks like it has a flaw; when roasting a turkey, will that shalllow drip pan hold all the juices without overflowing? Also cdn you get a good sear on steaks at 350 degrees? Seems to low to get a bark on your roasts too. What is your experience in these situations? Love your reviews!! They educate well.

I wonder if they have disposable foil trays somewhere we could fit down in the bottom and catch grease and throw away. Foil is okay but folding it up makes a mess. I guess anytime I get take out they do use those trays and I can keep them.
Weber sells drip pans for grills, that will fit. Brand new subscriber here...just found you this morning. I am delighted to learn from you but it would help if you give temperature readings a bit more clearly. For example, I have an Elite NuWave and that has actual temperature settings on it...so I would love to understand the conversation of how a 'high' or 'low' temp would compute. Thank you for all of your knowledge and helpful hints...I know I will be on the ready watching many of your videos in the coming days!
My NuWave Oven has power level settings, not temperature. For about 90% of cooks I use High Power, which is 350° F. for you. Mine defaults to high power. So if not mentioned, that's what I am using.
Thanks for the clarification. I am also a new owner of my NuWave and have found it warrants an entirely new way of thinking about cooking. I have already made a few boo boo's and am sure there will be more to come, but heck, that's what learning is all about, eh? Hope you had a good holiday weekend.
I just made these. They were perfect. Thank you for your channel!
Cool, you're welcome 👍🏿😎
Underrated channel for NuWave customers!!
I just got one of these from my Aunt and I love it. I did not have the directions so I went online and ran across your videos. Such a huge help, Thank you!!!!
Coating them with the A1 is a great idea. Definitely gonna try it out.
Nine minutes per side is perfect for 1/3 lb frozen patties in my Nuwave Oven Pro. Any less than that leaves a small bit of raw meat in the center.
I love my Nuwave Pro Plus. A few days ago, I air fried chicken wings. If you haven't tried them, you're in for a real treat.
Thank you!! I wish I had found your channel sooner. I just cooked one piece of chicken for 45 minutes. Lol!

Will those work in a nuwave air fryer? We have one and I am thinking it would work in that too. Those look so good. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing your expertise, I used it and enjoyed it.

Love the A1. I use it all my meat dishes, much to the amusement of my friends. Hamburgers easy. Thank you.
Another user of A1 😎👍🏿👍🏿
Thanks for the great video 🍔.
Thanks just got my nuwave and been watching your channel....good eating thanks bro....
+Derrick B You're Welcome. More to come.
Thank you very much for the showing
You're welcome 👍🏿
What happens to the oil that the burger makes?
See when I removed them.
I like using mushroom soy sauce on my patties. It's carried at most Asian grocery stores.
That's a nice idea 👍🏿
what is the tool you used for flipping the burgers?
+Sandra Egbert It is an old "As Seen on TV" product, named ChefWand. I have not seen any place that sells them any longer.
Awesome video, Now I definitely want a nuwave oven.
Is it difficult to clean?
no. bought 2 gave 1 to my mom 4 her bday. easy cleanup.
can you put foil on the bottom of the new wave oven?
BURGER NIGHT!
Looks good

No, but maybe someone can give you tips. 👍🏿
@@WaveOvenRecipes well that's what I watch your channel for 😁👍👍✌
I do have instructions for the Instant Pot. It's really the way to get the best results on a potato.

I do. Put them in, cook for about 30 minutes, depending on size. Done.
It was like watching Picasso the way you painted those burgers. Too bad for him, he missed out on A1
A little splash of apple cider vinegar in the A-1 bottle when it's low,
shake it up, and....VOILA!!!
Good tip! 👍🏿
I'm really glad I found your channel! Thank You for your
nice videos!!!
I just got some frozen burger patties and fries and I'm going to be using my nu wave oven pro plus I was wondering how much time will it take
You just saw the burger and here's the fries

Paper plate wrapped in foil
@Justin , have you tried using aluminum pie pan to catch drips?
Pre cooked frozen patties you do not have to worry about being under cooked just frozen in middle. They will always come out well done.
+BBBYpsi Incorrect, the patties were frozen and raw. Not pre-cooked.
Perfect
Yum
That's the same thing me and my kids said 😅
Just subb'd your channel I love my NWO thanks for posting these videos

How to make just 1 instead of 4
+Trent Collins Same way.
Wave Oven Recipes like how much time for a single patty
+Trent Collins Try the exact same. If it doesn't suit you try less. You will need to find your personal preference.
If you put some aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan it will make cleanup a lot easier.
I prefer to avoid use of foil unless needed. But I am aware some use that method. NuWave does warm against the method though.
@@WaveOvenRecipes I got the idea from them on dvd.
I am aware of the practice. Interesting it's promoted in their material. I'm good without it, the pan isn't so hard to clean. But thanks for sharing.
I do not flip mine ever
Huh, o,! He ran out of A-1 sauce
