I've had my nu wave for a couple months and its great. Everything tastes so much better versus a regular oven. The best part about it is when you need to make or reheat a small amount of food. I always hated having to preheat an oven just to cook a couple of chicken nuggets!

This is the pre-cursor to the Air Fryers. Mostly the same but doesn't get as hot. Yes the clear domes crack, always, (I know). I pick up used ones at the thrift store for under $20. Often they are barely used or unused. Also the older ones with the mechanical (egg timer) timer are probably more reliable then the push button models, otherwise there's no difference.
Note: You will find that your dome CRACKS within 2-4 months, probably sooner. Don't go spending 63 bucks for the new Nuwave 'guaranteed not to crack' dome. iN FACT we should probably do a CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST NUWAVE for supplying an INFERIOR original dome on their Ovens. When the dome totally falls apart will likely injure you (it probably HAS injured people). BUT I HAVE A SOLUTION: Aluminum Tape You can find it at Walmart or Home Depot for about 8 bucks a role. 3M has a product called "high temperature flue tape", I haven't seen it in person but Walmart carries it by the roll: 1.5inchesby15feet.
I have both and am returning the flavor wave. Neu Wave coods w/out flipping as much, cooks faster and the dome does not fall off of the cooker like the dangerous flavor wave does.

Oh and the customer service regarding the warranty and troubleshooting was really pathetic. Not even one suggestion on how to fix an "E7" error message. I suppose if you do not mind blowing $120/yr and adding plastic/electronic pollution to the environment, then go waste your money. It was such a cool device, too bad! It's poorly made and is without any kind of customer service or tech support.

Well warm or 10 ould be your lowest possible on your oven I'm spitballing and saying that 50% is like 350 and 100 would be like 400 or broil and since 10 % would be something like dehydration and 20 or 30 would be like rotisserie. Or maybe 40%. I think it comes to the cookbook that tells you what the settings are
I got one of these over a year ago. Well let me tell ya that it does not cook evenly like they say it does. Say your making chicken legs or wings, the pieces directly under the lamp will brown, while the pieces on the outside will not brown as much. Also I have noticed that lean meats do not brown at all and instead become dry and tough, while only greasy chicken and pork chops or whatever greasy food have you will brown.
That is what the wire stand that came with it is for. It attaches to the edge of the bottom part of the nu wave so that you can lean the top lid on it so that you can add or remove the food.
the product is awesome...but thoses who are selling it on TV, the company behind thoses products are thieves, they never give you what they promised, also they charge you 3 times what they said, if you not believe me, just review what other people are saying...im warning you...thoses people going to steal from you, dont said i dint tell you. dont be a fool.... also Sears have the oven in the store for $129, with no shipping and not handling, i will wait to buy the cooktop too there in the futur

(continued) Also once, I tried roasting a whole duck in my wave oven and the thing came out all rubbery, the joints and cartilage were like fucking rubber cement, it came out nothing like roasting a whole chicken or duck in a conventional oven. Buyer beware, you really have no control with regard to the degree of browning your food like you would in a conventional oven. You pretty much set it an forget it hoping it browns your food. Like I said, it will brown some foods, "greasy foods" only!
My family loved them while they lasted we bought 4 of them for all my sister brothers and parents house. There’s just one crucial design flaw the plastics clear glass fails all four failed over a year or two we had to throw them all out eventually. Was a shame cus they had a great idea just that cheap plastic was a bad one. Don’t buy them they will crack eventually but ones that do the same thing but made of all metal not cheap plastic!!! Be warned...

My dome always seems to wobble and not sit firmly on the base no matter how I turn it or put the liner pan.
