Hi Ethan, I remember this house. One of life's toughest lessons when you said "nothing remains the same". This is true of everything in life, no matter how much we want it to. That is why we have to enjoy as much as we can every day! 😊

Hey Ethan, you can just tell that when this home was new it was spectacular!!! With all the wallpaper & light fixtures, this place was nice. It's always sad when people have to show their ignorance by going in a place & destroying it, but what can you do??
Thanks for sharing another exciting adventure my friend!!! 👍👍🙂

Ethan, I remember the first time we saw this beautiful home. The excitement in your voice was contagious. It Was a Beautiful step back in time. I remember the 1st return visit the shock and disbelief of damage to the house was heartbreaking. I love coming back to see this place. It was a special place to see and the wonder if "what could these walls could tell us if they could talk" verbrates through your mind every time you visit.
Thank you for this last visit so we All many say good bye. 😔

This is one of my all-time favorite homes! I absolutely love that main wallpaper pattern and the blue carpeting! I don't know if I could live with it on a daily basis, but in a home like this, and really digging retro decor, I possibly could. The view out of the kitchen sunroom is really nice, and I really love that large room that was added in the '70's ! It is definitely a shame to see it go. ✌️

This home is epic. I know what you’re saying about change(I’ll always call it a master bedroom😬)but this home is or was so beautiful. If you hate the wallpaper, change it. Such a shame. I love 60’s home. I would have loved to see the original kitchen too. Not really crazy about the updated one. I don’t like the style of the outside of the home, but love it inside. Newbie’s have to check out your first visit to this place Ethan. Take care

This is one of my favorite houses you've visited. It's sad to see it get so torn up. The first time you were there it looked so nice. I really love the design of it. This is one I would have loved to be able to buy and live in. Another one of my favorites is the big 80's mansion you went to that had a fountain in it and it had a whole gated wing where the bedrooms were. I remember it had a lot of really neat features and design.

I remember that cool house. How could one forget the plaid walled orange carpeted bedroom and that huge added on room. Loved the wallpaper in foyer and up the stairway. If not for developers’ greed maybe someone would have rescued it. I would never go down into creepy basements alone. Thanks for this very cool revisit. And no apologies needed. Ethan take care and keep safe.

Yes, they are no longer referring to the owner's suite as the master bedroom. It is not "politically correct." Very soon "owner's suite" won't be acceptable either as isn't "owner" synonymous with "master"? Can't keep up with this crap. Thanks for the adventure Ethan. Always a treat!

Our house had the pool equipment in the basement originally and it was a common thing with in-ground pools during the 1960's, my pool guy tells me it was normal for people to come home and find water in their basements because something went awry with the pool equipment. I'm glad all the pool stuff had been moved outside by the time we bought the house, people must have been more resilient then in dealing with water damage. First time to see this video, thanks!

There should be laws against structural maggots. I'm glad I got to see this place one more time, though, for me, having lived in the early to mid 70s and loved every moment of it, it's sadly nostalgic. The kitchen was the one room that didn't fit in with the overall scheme of the house. But the structural maggots do what they do...start breaking down the body of their host for nature to take it quicker. That "master/primary" garbage is not politics, it's more garbage from the woke mob...those who are hell bent on destroying every small fracture of our history. It reminds them that we used to put people that were easily offended or can't identify their gender into mental homes and it scares them. Like tearing down statues and trying so hard to change everything into some bizarre effigy of their idea of normal. Yeah, I'll probably be blocked, banned or erased for saying the truth but...some will remember what I said and ponder it regardless. I've already had two warnings from UA-cam already but with five accounts, I still get to say what I want to. And I'm far from alone. I loved this house. The very image of 70s opulence. It's just so sad to see how society has degraded. Especially when today is compared to yesterday and how we behaved then vs now. No common sense, no respect, nothing. Thankful for the few, like you Ethan. Maybe civilization isn't completely damned.

stupid vandals come in and bust up the place. I didn’t want you to go in that basement.
It looked dark and creepy. That pool must have been nice when people lived there and it
was taken care of. Ethan I have an idea for a revisit. Remember that house where the
water was running. You did go back there and the place was busted up but I am
curious to know if there was any further damage or if it is even still standing. That was
a beautiful house once upon a time. It’s probably full of mold so I get it if you don’t
want to go back there. Congrats on the 95.3K subs. You are good and the people
your fans know it. No need to apologize for anything. We will still be here no matter
what days you post. The videos are usually worth the wait. Thank you Ethan for
the update on this house. Stay safe and well.❤🏠
