Vera Vera Vera I don’t even know where to begin. What a workout 🏋🏽♀️✅. Can we talk about the single leg walk sit or the stiff leg at the end of the burnout ??? I mean 🔥🌶🥵 I woke up this morning a bit moody. I did the warm up and started with the first exercise which was hard for me. I don’t know why but my coordination sucked. So I paused, regrouped and started over. It was still challenging to complete the combo (squat and right/left lunge) but I could feel my energy level raising. So THANK YOU 😊 🙏🏾 Vera for always pushing us to go out of our comfort zone. You are killing it with this strong summer program 🥳🤩😉. Keep challenging us 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
YEAH!!!! So glad to hear you were able to regroup and get it done - I know exactly what you mean. It happens to me a lot. I’ll start a workout, it doesn’t start quite as I planned, and I stop recording and give myself a little talk 😅 way to go!!! Have a wonderful rest of your day!
I feel you! I've had that feeling plenty f times and today I had to continue to talk myself through each circuit..wasn't sue I would make it through but I refused to give up until it was completed...period!! Way to go ladies Vera is making us all feel 💪🏽
Thank you for teaching that HIIT doesn't have to be cardio....I had no idea and I enjoyed the dumbbell portion of this. I think bands are hard...I guess that means I need to work on them more and form...they make my legs fall in
Loved this workout , went heavier where I could, I especially loved the bench step over and the wall sit, fabulous, made my quads shake towards the end of the timer, so must be good. Thanks again Vera
This one was by far my sweatiest one! I was able to do every single move except the single leg squat, it gets me every single time. But I know I will master by week 12 😜💪🏼🦵🍑🔥Thank you Vera and those shorts are super cute!
Oh my god this was so intense it’s was like weight lifting and cardio all at the same time I was ready to give up 10 minutes in 😅 thanks for always keeping it interesting and switching it up for us 🥵❤️🔥
Ok this was a killer! So many squats and lunges....thought I wasn't going to make it and was happy to get to the burnout only to be hit with hamstring walk!? Legs are on 🔥 but I feel so good after completing this one and getting in extra stretches! Thanks Vera, you are changing the game!!😁
So we didn't have wifi anywhere near our camp sight so I couldn't download this video yesterday! We're home now, so I'm getting caught up! I loved this workout!
Hey Vera ! This was amazing ! Felt like you took the notch up a tad in our quads routine as compared to last week ! This was soo good. The my quads were shaking vigorously during those Cossack squats at the end !!! Amazingly planned ! Thank you 😊
I doubled down today and did yesterdays upper body with this one and I feel amazing! Soooo many squats 🤣. And those shorts are so adorable and sporty!!

Oh no, Keri, I’m so sorry! Take it easy - you don’t have to go deep, only go down as far as you’re comfortable with, and make sure you use a chair or bench for a little extra support 🤍🤍🤍 happy Friday!
