Thanks so much for featuring my fan script and artwork! I finished this work back in 2020, writing it as a means to find a kind of closure with a series that remains very important to me. There was a lot that I loved about both TASM films, so I wanted to find a way to bring the story to an end that didn't ignore or forget any of the pieces still left up in the air. The twist with Fiers was the initial idea that inspired the full script - once I thought of him solely as 'The Man in the Shadows', it suddenly became clear how that could be shifted into 'The Master Planner'. I aimed to have the Sinister Six feel distinct from each other, and feel close to their comic counterparts within the movie's context, and find ways to introduce them naturally given the previous films' events. Saying farewell to Gwen's family was a really important story beat that I wanted to hit. They have a vital scene in the first movie, and I think they deserved a bit of time to grieve and come to terms with the losses in their family. MJ was a really interesting and fun challenge, because I knew introducing her could feel too rushed right after Gwen - so I aimed to take care not to develop Peter/MJ's connection as blatantly romantic right away - it's a bit awkward to begin with, but they begin to connect as friends, and find they actually work well together. Their scenes were my absolute favourite to write - I love their whole dynamic. The reception to it has been really encouraging and heart-warming. It began very much as a personal project, but hearing people say that they found it to be a satisfying conclusion to the story has brought me a lot of joy. Thank you, everyone - keep swingin', keep crawlin' 🕸🤟
it’s as if there was some whole for my love of tasm and after seeing this it’s been filled. genuinely i don’t think there’s any better way you could’ve put those pieces together dude this was simply amazing
That you Max Kaye? Loved your script and pictures you made. If you meet Andrew Garfield at a future convention if possible, think you'll share this with him?

It's honestly such a funny idea for a gag I'm surprised it hasn't been done before. I love it when comic book adaptations start out with a character resenting/pushing back against their comic book name (best example I can give as of late is The Penguin show) but then by the end they either embrace it or give it new meaning.
Marc Webb is amazing, and people should NOT blame him for the failure of this franchise I've always wanted him to have a second chance, but I wanted him to work with Disney on their live-action remake of SNOW WHITE
@WarpingFist Sony got to him and had him take a vacation lol The clone or faking of Richard's death really irked me cause it was following the 90s where they played too much with twists like Chameleon making robots for Harry that looked like the Parkers Yep that happened lol

That sounds like a perfect pivot since the character seems too obscure but so obscure you could make him into something else. Like Ducatd in Begins being Ra's al Ghul
@@WarpingFistMr. Fierce is such an obscure character from the Spider-Man mythos- they totally just chose a name as a cover up. I agree that they were probably going to reveal him as Doc Ock- he’s too big of a villain to be reduced to a random Sinister Six member with no deeper connection to Peter’s story. I’m aware it’s Sony and they’re notorious for making dumb decisions, but “Fierce” actually being Otto just feels so right.
This, just let you know that fans like these are really passionate and it shows you how much love and care that they want to see this third injury happen, which is why I always like the idea of fan made films, fanfiction, and fan animation on things of what could’ve been and a couple of months ago I’ve been inspired to write my own Transformers Rise of the Beast sequel to show everyone what I think should happen next.
As a woman myself, i hate Seeing MJ toned down to have a daily bugle job. Why can't she be a Model & an Actress? She can be very glamorous at the same time being an adventurous & outgoing folk. Even in the classic comics, she was a strong willed & helpful woman without being toned down. I hate to see MJ working as a photographer/journalist rather than A Model & Actress.
(writer of the script) That is completely understandable! I remember while I was working on the script, the Spidey game for PS4 released, which featured MJ being a reporter. I liked the game fine, but thought it felt weird that they kind of placed her in a more 'Lois Lane' role there. In my screenplay, I don't think of her story has being about /becoming/ a reporter, but it's a bit of a meta-commentary - I wanted to observe that writers don't really seem to know what to do with MJ right now. In my TASM3-MJ's backstory, she was a model who has just made a big move, and is going through a bit of her own identity crisis that mirror's Peter's - even /she/ is unsure what she's 'meant' to be. And this isn't fully resolved by the end of the story, either - I wanted it to feel open ended, so that where she goes from here is anyone's guess. No obligation to read it or enjoy that role for MJ, just figured I would add some insight to the thought process :)
@Brakkenimation Hey, i understand your take. But a bombshell MJ would work like a charm. The fans really want to see a Glamorous MJ. & Yeah, do you think any other actress other than Shailene Woodley who can fit the part better? I think Shailene has the acting chops but she would be a better Betty Brant or Carlie Cooper than Mary Jane. Do you think Lily James would be a better fit for the role? She's beautiful, fits the hot aspect of MJ & She can act!!!!
I wish Marvel could do a comic series similar to what DC did with Batman '89 and Superman '78. Take scraped sequel ideas of movie series and adapted them into comics. Not only to finish the Amazing trilogy, but continue it and the Raimiverse too! Maybe even other pre-MCU movie universes, too.
I'm not sure how to feel about this pitch. It's definitely good, but I feel like it's missing some core elements. I haven't read the full script, but I'll say what I felt from this video. First: is there a symbiote on this pitch? I like the nightmare showing Peter's arc about how he feels he isn't himself anymore, but I feel like that's only half of the conflict. He failed as Spider-Man, he's putting all this weight on himself to deal with all the guilt and the symbiote is perfect to fill that face in the dream sequence. Second: is Mysterio not in the Sinister Six? We've seen a shot of all of them in 'TASM2' as Goblin, Rhino, Ock, Vulture, Black Cat and Mysterio. Electro is off the table, specially after 'SM - NWH', so all that's missing is Mysterio's purpose in the plot. Also, I think Ock manipulating the Six behind Fiers' back would be much better since we've seen Fiers' brother killing Peter's parents on the plane, so we know the Fiers brothers exist and were behind a lot of schemes. Third: is Norman showing up as the true mastermind behind everything? It's been known that Norman's head has been kept alive in a jar, meaning he faked his death in 'TASM2', but for what? Why did he need to go that far? How does that connect to Connors, Harry, Menken, Ock, Toomes AND Peter? That should be the most important answer of the franchise and I'd say the symbiote is perfect for that. Even if all is answered positively, I doubt all of this will be able to be kept in ONE movie, so my main suggestion would be to break it in 2 parts and quite honestly... a Sinister Six movie would be the best way to set up 'TASM3'.

Bro do a transformers videogame vid or the cancelled tf games cause they are so many or how wfc and foc were created how transformers was adapted in games
"A crisis of identity" isn't what I would say that he is experiencing, it actually goes much deeper than that. What's really going on is that Peter being Spider-Man has become his coping mechanism, to get away from his grief and guilt over Gwen's death, and that he has intentionally created a separate personality altogether, Spider-Man, deep inside his subconscious; and that once he puts on the mask, he becomes that alter, acting as if the man, Peter Parker, never existed. As Peter Parker, he becomes angry, bitter and depressed, filled with guilt, regret and self-loathing, developing a kind of inferiority complex due to his inability to save Gwen, his failure to look after and take care of her, and being unable to help save Harry from his gradual dying illness, revealing an underlying sorrow of dispair and defeatism, unable and unworthy to have power and responsibility, through a self-hating perceived lack of strength and will to do the impossible. This is why he is so happy being Spider-Man, because it makes him feel like a brand new person, with a new identity, and a whole new life to start fresh, with out any emotional or personal weight dragging behind it. A sort of Tabula rasa of the psyche, if you will. In a way, Peter has intentionally stricken himself with a type of pseudo-multiple personality disorder, in order to run away from the demons that have haunted him ever since then, and all of the emotional pain, suffering, and personal tragedy that has happened in his life. That's my perspective on it, at least.
