If you're a new car wash owner and you have zero car wash knowledge, where do you buy all the equipment you mentioned and where do you find someone who knows how to install everything? For example how would one go about adding a debit card acceptor and adding more options to the rotary thing in your bays?
20 year lease is crazy. How long would you say it took until you made back your initial investment? Like you said, stuff nowadays is so much more expensive even though it's only been a few years. Makes it way harder for people to get into the business. Thanks Chris for sharing! Take care Brother!
I can imagine this is one reason he opted for a 20 year lease. Although it takes longer to recoup the initial investment, that is probably not as much of a worry if he is able to start cash flowing right away.

Within the first year and a half. It’s a great location and no other great car washes are near by so once the word spread it didn’t take long.
