Not gonna lie, thst wine bag/pillow trick was great. When I was homeless for a couple years, some friends and I would occasionally splurge on a box of wine and then play a game for who got the pillow. Keeps great and easy storage as well. That and a disaster blanket or somesuch and you were set.
We've taken them camping to use as extra water containers or pillows as required - they fold up nice and small and weigh sfa... ideal for throwing into a pack pocket.

I have an old straight razor and while there is a resemblance, that's not a razor. It's too big, and razors don't have a backing like that. That's a joinery saw for fine woodwork.

P. Sure it gets washed between every use/person. People used to use cloth diapers
People still do use cloth nappies - we did. No worse than bagging it up and washing at 60C. Ditto sanitary protection - anything to prevent having to use the fresh hell that is scented sanitary towels!
Edited to add: I reckon we managed to prevent 10000 nappies going into landfill between the two boys and that's with some disposable nappy usage.
