All of these drink will make about a cup
Pink Drink:
1 tablespoon frozen raspberries
2 small strawberries, sliced
1-2 tablespoon simple syrup
1/4 cup mango juice
1/2 cup tazo passion tea
1/4 cup coconut milk
Ice
Violet Drink:
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1-2 tablespoon simple syrup
1/2 cup tazo passion tea
1/2 cup guava juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
Ice
Dragonfruit Drink:
1/4 cup frozen dragon fruit
1-2 tablespoon simple syrup
1/2 cup green tea (brewed and cooled)
1/2 cup mango juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
Ice
Iced Guava Black / White Tea
2 fresh strawberries, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 tablespoon simple syrup
1 part guava (fill glass up 1/2 way)
1 part back or white tea (finish off equal amount with tea)
Ice
Shake and enjoy

I can confirm that the passion tea is what Starbucks uses, they taste about the same. It’s also hilarious if you frequent the grocery store and notice that halfway through the year it’s suddenly harder to find; my twin and I have a theory that the college kids (I like in a college town) buy it then run outta money half through the year and start making it themselves lol
Dude I miss the white guava iced tea so much! It turns out we were the only two people ordering it, apparently, because they discontinued it due to lack of interest. I use that exact guava juice mixed with cheap white tea to recreate it at home!

They discontinued the white tea, but you can get it with black tea, which is what i do.

You're right on the Pink drink, it tastes a lot like Pepto Bismol XD My Mom and I got the Violet Drink a few weeks ago and got really sick right after drinking it, so I hope you are ok 😯. Thank you so much for sharing the recipes; they're quick, easy, the ingredients are not hard to find (and don't cost an arm and a leg), and there is no white grape juice😂. I will definitely be enjoying these recipes this summer💖

The dragon fruit drink is one of my favorites. But I would probably make it at home with almond milk since the coconut milk tends to curdle and doesn’t really go well with it. I’ll probably try to make all of these ☺️

The guava white tea lemonade was my absolute favorite too!! I now order a lemonade with guava juice, strawberry puree and classic syrup to sweeten. You can also order a guava green tea lemonade and tastes pretty similar.
The drinks look so pretty and I feel like your remakes of these drinks has tons of more flavor than the originals.

I was addicted to making Pink Drinks a couple of summers ago. I used white grape juice, green coffee extract, fresh strawberries, and coconut milk. It tasted so good! I'm going to try some of these.

I have recreated the pink drink using white cranberry and peach or white cranberry and strawberry…it tastes really good. I cant wait to try my hand at the other ones. That dragonfruit one looked amazing!
I couldn't get into any of these drinks except the mango dragonfruit refresher (maybe because I'm not a coconut milk fan?)

I never go to Starbucks. It’s just not my thing. However, these drinks look delicious and refreshing for summertime. I probably would use black tea for all of them because it would be easier, but I didn’t ever think about adding tropical juices, pieces of fresh fruit and non-dairy milk to it. I’m totally gonna try this. Thank you for the inspirational ideas! 😊
Worth mentioning with the coconut milk separation: it’s cause there’s probably a higher ph in the dragon drinks! Plant milk *will* still curdle in acidic enough liquid. This is because “milk” is just fat emulsified with water with a smooth texture, and if you look at coconut milk it’s just coconut cream (the fat of a coconut) blended with coconut water! Behaves similarly- the fat separates from the water and “curdles”. Hope that helps!

I make a pink drink type drink often because the coconut milk is supposed to be good for milk supply. It’s cran raspberry, white cran strawberry. And coconut milk. I like to add frozen strawberries and frozen raspberries! Soooo good 🥰 I want to try your version!
It never fully occurred to me that Starbucks was using freeze dried fruit, though at least for the dragon fruit I always pictured some sort of DF powder with DF cubes. I now understand the weird texture I get from the blackberries (FD fruit is delicious dry; reconstituted is another matter).
Dragonfruit also has a little bit os acidity to it, like a lemon, so that is probably why it is making the coconut milk curdle, since it's basically acid and fat reacting together
This video was so inspiring, now I want to try all these at home :D There is no Starbucks in my hlme city but maybe these drinks will do the trick.
I started making my own versions of their Refreshers. Now I want to try yours!
i will say all of these (at least I know for sure the first three) are available as just "refreshers" without the coconut milk. They all became menu items when the strawberry refresher with coconut milk became popular, otherwise known as the "Pink Drink". So you can either order them as refreshers (without coconut milk) or ask for the specialty drink (with coconut milk).

Yes I did! Just one part sugar to one part water - though you can def use maple syrup or diluted honey too if you prefer. I would actually love the honey in tea now that you mention it.... haha

I drink white tea every day and my fave is The Republic of Tea, Emperor's White. It is delicate and wonderful
I was taught (bartending) one of two things you can add ice to the shaker. Shake then pour it onto ice. Or you can just stir the mix with a cocktail straw. I like that better the first way when I make drinks that need to be cold.
i think the dragonfruit might have a high citrus content which is what makes the coconut milk curdle :D
I wonder if a different milk would prevent this e.g oatmilk? Almond? 🤔

The way you say "açaí" is so correct! Is the same as we say here in Brazil, people who speak in english usually pronouce it "acai". Sorry, just had to say it
The freeze dried makes them easier to keep and you can keep them out on the bar dry instead of having a separate frozen section in the bar just for frozen berries(: they rehydrate quickly and usually that's what gives the drinks most of their color
