Zman sounds like you scored a great deal on a set of good locos. Thanks for the detail on the specs. It did look funny when the b unit was running by itself.
I really admire your "F-7" units. I'm a "hardcore" brass guy. I own an "F-7" A-B-A set, two "F-3" A-B-A sets and an "F-7" A-B set painted in the beautiful red and silver Warbonnet paint scheme. All models are from Overland Models lnc. The others mentioned earlier are unpainted. I have very discriminating taste , that's why I'm so into brass model collecting. I love brass models that accurately follow the prototypes. But, I have to admit, plastic models have greatly improved when it comes to looking realistic these last several years. They're more accurate than ever before. As much as I love brass, I can see myself buying plastic HO scale trains, someday. I truly like your models and your review is excellent!
your review videos are structured very well! keep it up!
I am glad you approve of the format. I am going to keep the same format for a while before I come up with something better.

I'm planning on expanding into brass later this year with a PRR G5s 4-6-0 and a PRR I1sa 2-10-0.
awesome!
Another great video
What did you like best Nova?
I think the most enjoyable part is the history of the F series
Well, in a few weeks, I will have some Athearn PRR F3s called F5s because they had a lot of upgrades the F7s had.
👍
