- In this edition of my new instructional video series, Play Smart Paintball, brought to you by PBSWAGBAG.COM, I cover a new look on a lateral sliding drill. This drill isn't as much about teaching you how to perform a lateral slide, rather it is about how to build upon your current skills. As we progress in anything, we must continue to challenge ourselves in order to get better. This drill teaches you some new ideas on how to improve on your stamina and work on some accuracy along with some simple field awareness.

I was into paintball back in 04 remember watching you guys play on traumahead videos. Pretty cool to see your team still exists. I'm just now getting back into paintball after playing for the first time in 14 years. Back when we played it was eblade autocockers WDP Angels...Bob Longs...Sad to see those guns go! The internet really gives everyone a chance of branding themselves now days
Thats a great drill. You can easily add complexity to it as warranted or keep it simple dimple. but what a great way to turn a fundamental skill into muscle memory.

Should the shots be left to right, right to left after the slide?
Glad you like the drill! The targets would be shot in order based on what your teammate or coach tells you. There is no preset order. As long as you are shooting with the proper hand, you are doing it right!
