barlows... yall got me wantin wings lol. next time on the kettle wings toss them back on the grill for like 5 minutes after saucing them so the sauce can absorb the smoke, i love wings. cheers yall

I've used my Vortex the last few times I did wings, the last time was last night. I think I like the good old-fashioned two-zone set-up set up better man. The vortex gets the skin crispy and just gives you more capacity overall. But I don't know, something kinda weird happens with the overall consistency of the wings. Maybe it's just me, lol! But your video kinda reminded me about good-old Corn Starch. Nice video man. I love comparison videos.
I prefer wings on the Weber when we're doing a bunch. I usually will just do whole wings and not cut them up individually. I think they hold up in the grill better that way. 👍

I bet after the Franks sauce they do taste the same. Overall though I like grilled chicken better myself. But I agree yall are the winners here!

No way the wings took 1.5 hrs on the kettle @ 400. Seems way to long for tiny little wings.
They only took an hour. I believe I mentioned that in the video 😉👌
