I learned as a young gen x kid that is was just safer not to drink, so I stayed away from alcohol, what reason do others have not to drink or indulge at parties?
I also don’t drink, can’t say I didn’t when I was younger though 😅 I stopped in my mid twenties and never missed it. I didn’t like the feeling of not being completely in control. I think when I was young I liked that it gave me more confidence, but I grew into confidence without as I grew up. I also like knowing I’m available when someone needs me, my dad ended up in hospital at 2am on a Saturday a couple months ago and knew they could call me to come up no worries. ✌️

Well that’s definitely a good reason if I have any say in it. Smile
