It was a great suggestion. Bowie is someone I wish I could photograph. And I’ve honestly thought of becoming him for a shoot for a while. You and I are clearly on the same page 🤘🏼

Man. It was definitely NOT always focused. I actually posted on my instagram story about this process. I missed focus on a lot of shots - some really fire ones too. But that’s the name of the game!

Thank you!! I use the app and either manually press the shutter button there or I set the self timer (also from my phone) and do it that way.

David Bowie was an interesting choice considering he reinvented himself every few years. You had a lot of Bowie’s to choose from. Are you influenced in anyway by the work of Cindy Sherman?
Exactly!! He’s so dynamic in that way. And, yes, I am! Self portraiture at its finest.
Just as the UA-camr Polyphonic released his video on David Bowie and his art/makeup style you drop this one or two weeks later.
