I must admit Neves, Todibo and Frimpong would be excellent additions. Another quality video too!
We need a right winger tho
@@yambojamboo7518 true & a backup CF to Hojlund
I totally agree but don't have any trust the old or new regime can deliver! I want to be proved wrong!
@@yambojamboo7518Amad will take that position easy.
@@yambojamboo7518
Frimpong is a good attacking full-back but I'm not fully convinced that he can play as a true winger, he would suit Inter or Madrid far better
Skov Olsen or Nicolas Gonzales would be my pick for RW
Todibo is a must at CB. If Neves is not available, I'd love to see United go for Amadou Onana. Another player we could sign for cheap and can throw in just to cause some menace in certain problematic scenarios (I know it's a luxury signing, but could be a good squad player) is Adama Traore. Finally, for a striking partner for Hojlund, I'd love to see United sign Vlahovic. Hojlund + Vlahovic can light up the whole league and can have a combined impact comparable to Haaland + Alvarez.
In a Set up of Lisandro, Todibo, frimpong, Shaw, Mainoo, Neves, Bruno etc Hojlund can definitely lead that line and score all the goals he wants, this stuff of age doesn't matter here. Halaand is scoring goals for fun simply because he's playing in a creative set-up and he's also a good player without doubt
Signing Frimpong as a winger sounds like a really interesting move. I like both Dalot and AWB, but if we have a winger that can also play as RFB or RWB if we need to change things up seems very valuable. I really like that idea.
I doubt it's possible, but if we could get Guirassy for 17M in January, and Todibo in some kind of shady loan deal from Nice also in January maybe there is room to manouver for Frimpong also in January. I think that would plug up the most dire holes. Maybe we could even wait until summer to get Todibo if there is no loan to be had for him.
Neves in the summer would be awesome. My only issue with signing him is that maybe we would need someone a bit bigger somewhere in that midfield. Mainoo and Neves together could potentially be a bit small. But maybe they are both tenacious enough and clever enough in positioning to overcome their vertical challenges...
I think that’s where our sporting directors and scouts need to go out and find a tall physical but technical player to add to our midfield with starter quality/potential I’d look at Loftus Cheek if I’m honest he’s been outstanding for Milan this season and the depth we’d have would allow him to avoid his injury problems which he has done for Milan this season he’d probably cost 40Ms max I’d rather him than Onana for 70 who Everton have looked just as good without him this season
I also the signing of Frimpong is smart at Rw however he is a bit more of a Rb there’s a reason he doesn’t start at Rw I still think we’d need another 1 would I would personally love Chiesa however I know that’s a reach but someone I’d love just as much would be Olise with Frimpong as a back up Rw if needed I’d rather start him as our Rb as hopefully by then we’d have a certified quality RCB like Diomande
Mainoo is going to develop physically very fast too.
how abt this? dont sign neves. sign a tenacious big CDM and have him, mainoo and mount operate in the midfield. have bruno in RW, more like a CF who can feed hojlund and buy frimpong to operate down the flank. frimpong is prolly half the price of neves, that way u can buy A CB/CF/LW. but this is just way too ideal and never gonna happen🤣
@@KEVIn-dq6pmBruno needs seller in the summer. His time is done, if we want to play attractive football and dominate games we need to get rid along with Mctominay, Garnacho and Rashford.
All this digging into players, stats, scouting etc. and United are probably planning how to loan in another Ighalo or Weghorst on deadline day as we speak 😭
Not sure if you’ve been paying attention or not, but the people responsible for those decision are gone, and we have new sporting people in.
@@Jericho642 not in time for the January window we won’t. Ratcliffe’s deal hasn’t even be approved by the Premier League yet, let alone having new sporting appointments being made. And even if we were to have a new CEO and DOF etc. in place this week, building a scouting system takes months. I doubt INEOS will have much of an impact this January.
Weghorst was underrated last season, he struggled to score but his link up play and ability to drop deep and draw defenders out really benefited Rashford. He contributed to us getting champions league football and the league cup.
Ighalo was also great just didn't get much opportunities because of Martial he would have been much better for us.
Love the videos! Can you do more of this for other PL teams? It looks like most of the focus is either on Man Utd or Arsenal signings.
It’s almost like he’s a man united fan
Got Arsenal one coming out next week.
@@nhider21he is, actually
I would honestly love all of these targets or any of them.
However I think it is important to realign with the new structure and footballing strategy with the INEOS coming in. A thorough review and evaluation is required before we splurge any money.
It is also mentioned that we need approval of Ineos to make any decision as of now. They would probably also want to make minimum changes before they do their evaluation.
statman dave, here is a video idea: 6 free agents man united could sign this summer
All good players and I'd very much take them at Utd but 1 problem, most of them are either unrealistic or to expensive but tbf Todibo is fairly realistic along with guiasey but the rest I'm not sure but defo all good options
😂😂😂
United can't afford anyone at the moment without selling. More years fighting for 5th
@@directorme6669 where literally in for guirasey and we would get Todibo on the cheap but we can't get anyone else unless it's a loan
I watch Benfica's games cos of Neves and I'm gonna say he's going to be massive in the years to come. United should try everything possible to sign him.
I also feel like we'll need to replace Eriksen soon and PSV's Joey Veerman looks like a perfect replacement. I know Ten Hag bought Mount for that but i hope he finally comes through for us but if not Veerman is a very good replacement.
Veerman or Timber would be great additions if Ten Hag want to add a Dutch connection to United.
I’d look to sign someone more physical as I feel Neves would make up for Eriksens loss whilst providing better defensive abiltu with his tenacity press and tackling
Someone physical talk but great technically maybe Loftus Cheek I wouldn’t mind at all been too for Milan this season seems healthy he wouldn’t start every game so his health wouldn’t be so much of a worry or even a Alex Scott at Bournemouth in the summer as well he is the real deal I know it’s been a couple games but you just know with certain players look at Mainoo I think that’d be an incredible duo in rotation with Neves as well I think our midfield depth would sorted for years
Great shout with Veerman. How disheartening is it though to know we probably won’t get him. Joao Neves and Veerman come in I’d finally start believing in this club again!
All those players and many others would fit in this United team. The problems lays in how much these players would cost?who are we selling in order to buy these players.
In my opinion United should be looking to buy player in the 15M-23M price range in order to be able to build squad depth and flexibility towards future signings.
Sell Trashford, Sancho, Antony, Casemiro, Varane and Greenwood if they dont want to keep him
Some great pics they Dave but like u said Neves be very exspensive alone top of that Diomande and Inacio, Frimpong thats alot of money and not sure how much will be available. I like the look of Johan Bakayoko at Psv. Guirassy a good pick also maybe Gimenez or Openda. How many signings do u think Utd need to sign of Jan and summer Window and how many to be sold and leave?
All your picks are good but they're forwards ( wingers/ strikers). Obviously we need another striker
Our midfield is shite. Gets overun by every opponent. It needs serious fixing and it has to be younger players considering Bruno is 29, Casemiro and Eriksen over 30
McTominay and Amrabat don't belong at Man united
I like all the centre backs you mentioned I hope they can just spent on back line and sign all of them
Well done bro great analysis
2024 (winter & summer)
CB: Todibo Varane
CB: Tapsoda Maguire
CDM: Andre Casemiro
CM: Onana Mctominay
RF: Kubo Sancho+Antony
CF: Sesko Martial+Greenwood
Why Sesko when he's the same age as Hojlund?
Gotta be honest - Diomande and Neves were two of my relatively early signings for United in my current FM24 save. They're both still first choices in my team and we're into 2028... All these suggestions would be awesome and fill a necessary hole in the side.
Glad you were honest there mate
Did the same in my save also bought Todibo and Frimpong in the summer , third year got Guehi and Barco at left back.
How about Perro Hiccape Bayern L. Defender
❤
Please bro, I’m begging 🙏 can you do an in-debt explanation, analysis and breakdown on Tenhags tactics atm, some people say he has no style of play which is bs…and you statman is the only creator I love how they explain these things…I’d really appreciate it and I know a lot of people will too
bro check Scarlett report
Till now ETH didn't etablish any style of play, a style of play it's something the team do day in day out like Tottenham, you never get that with United. But you guys see few passes who lead to a goal and call that style of play like we often didn't do the same under Ole
Hey Dave , Make a video on Jarred Brathwaite and Amadou onana of Everton
i prefer amadou onana over joao neves
Santiago Gimenez in Hollamd has got great goal stats this season as has Joao Pedro at Brighton
De Ligt could leave Bayern and is a great left centre back
Vermeeren is looking like another De Jong in centre mudfield
Also Jarrod Bowen has been excellent on the right for W Ham
Nevez, Antonio Silva and Frimpong are interesting additions maybe in the summer but we desperately need to sell our deadwood with high wages to comply with FFP and the homegrown English quota. TBF I'd rather we focus on developing our academy and buy just one status signing of this mold every window. As long as the incomings are balanced with outgoings and we trim our squad off McTominay, Lindelof, Martial, Donny, Amrabat, Maguire, (Eriksen and Varane for their injuries too) that would be progress.
For the last 3 months, i've always thought Utd 1st priority in January is a rcb but i changed my mind. We need a striker so bad. After 19 games, Utd scored 21 goals. Top 5 got about double that number. That's what it takes to get a Champions League spot. Our gd is -4..yeah minus..no other club in top 10 got a minus. So an experienced striker should be our1st priority. Hwang or Guirassy could be a great choice. They got their pros & cons, offer different qualities & both are not that expensive
Great video. Would love it if you could include in your analysis why you think Diomande/Neves would offer better value than Kambwala/Gore. Are you saying neither Kambwala/Gore could reach their level, even if they continued to develop under EtH?
i think it's just we haven't seen much of Kambwala and Gore
Kambwala and Gore would be good squad players but Diomande and Neves are starting material
Gore I really like he needs a good season on loan in the championship Kwambala I’m a bit unsure of I had similar thoughts on Mengi i think he can be prem quality just not Utd quality
we never play them and our fans wouldnt let EtH do it😆
As a Senior Striker for United, I would like to go for Mehdi Taremi or Sardar Amzoun like Strikers, Guirassy is another young Lukaku who won't comepte with Premier League pace and United's lack of service for Strikers.
We can only sign guirassy in january. Rest won't be possible considering their rumoured price tag.
My transfer wishes for the summer:
OUTS - Maguire, McTominay, Martial, van de Beek, Sancho, Antony, maybe Amrabat
INS - Schlotterbeck, Todibo, Caqueret, (if Bruno G. is not possible), Fatawu Issahaku, Solanke and maybe Andre (depends what happens with Casemiro)
I'd give Rashford, Wan Bissaka and Dalot one more season to see who goes and who stays.
As for youth Rashford Greenwood McTominay Garnacho Mainoo Dalot AWB Malacia Hojlund Pellistri Licha adding Neves Guirassy Vermeeren Braithwaite and Bardghji would be perfect for next 7 years. Just need to fix keeper
rashford is youth? lol he’s 26😂
@@plopplop1984 McTominay is 27, still have 7 more years to give of good level
@@plopplop1984he mentioned Mctominay aswell though he us built like a 23 year old so...
@@victorokeke3395 right. Also he came through our academy. We need to build on that as well currently have 5 starters from academy almost like 92'. Plus add these 11 more youngsters to that core group we are well prepared for next 7 years. Only problem is central defence we are not developing good players there. Willy doesn't seem mature yet. And keeper
@@nnd5768 elyh Harrison is a 17 year old GK playing for the Man Utd and England U21s so we're sorted there, Willy didn't look too bad, he just needs a run of games to get used to the Premier League
i actually dont mind making the amrabat deal permeant. he hasnt set the world a light but hes done his job whenever hes played at DM. shields the back line well and keep things simple, and next to someone like kobbie could work really well as a partnership. i think todibo and tabsoba for CBs to bring in aswell.
Amrabat was meant to play second fiddle to Casemiro/Mainoo
@@victorokeke3395 but we need squad depth in midfield.
@@user-pl7qo9qz1x excatly why Amrabat was brought in, to be Casemiro back up
I would like to keep him while still bringing in an additional 3players in Midfield to cover the 6 & 8 positions because if Kobbie or Amrabat are out we don't have any defensive players who can maintain control and break down attacks
@@sihlematloha2787don't forget Sheikh Jassim is no longer with us. We will NOT be able to afford "an additional 3 players".
Dont expect miracles this transfer window at best it will be bringing Greenwood back getting Martinez back soon and the odd loany coming in with some deadwood leaving.
I would overhaul the right side with the sale of AWB and put Antony on the bench and buy Olise and Frimpong as well I agree with all the other picks
The best thing Man utd could do is to recruit competent scouts. However Neves will be a great addition to utd side. But we need more signings an AM, RFW and Frimpong.
Phase out the disruptors, then bring some good youth up to the first team and then look at buying what's needed
Guirassy gets mentioned a lot but they probably won’t let him go considering they’re still in the hunt for the title. Same with Todibo. Both available in the summer probably.
If United buy him he won’t be seen until early feb he’s going to Afcon
Guirassy got a release clause in his contract €17.5m. Who cares about Stuttgart? If someone pays the price & he says 'yes', what can his current club do
For this winter a loan deal is the best thing to do, maybe Werner, it leave you with money to go get a big fish in summer, i would like Oshimen or Gyokeres
@@K_0106 yes you’re right. Stuttgart will likely try to convince him to stay until the end of the season though.
Care to take over the transfers at Utd cos i dont think they've got a clue? Very nice analysis well done
My perfect CB pairing as always been todibo and inacio, the rest are a good shots too especially guirassy as we definitely need another striker to compete with holjlund
Building a team you start at the back . Utd need a decent centre back ASAP. Quick good on the ball and brave .
People are sleeping on Viktor Gyokeres (absolute baller )as a alternative striker than guirassy who won’t be available if bought in January until feb due to Afcon
Spot on ! I was expecting Gyokeres name to come up in this video, he's very impressive but maybe because he won't be available in the winter market but United should definitely have this guy on the summer shopping list
I love Victor kyokeres
I love these vids
Utd have spent £180m on right sided forwards in 3 years. It's incredible that they need another winger.
Next season:
Onana, Frimpong, Todibo, Martinez, Shaw, Mainoo, Joao Neves, Bruno, Greenwood, Garnacho, Hojlund.
Bayindir, Lindelof, Maguire, Dalot, Andre, Mount, Mctominay, Amad, Rashford
Please
Dave - how tall is Kobi Mainoo, he's 5.9" online. But when you look at a image from the MEN today, it shows him stood next to Christian Eriksson and hes taller. Erickson is 5.11", so I think the stat is out of date
Would love to see a video for Bayern
Which of these CB will you go for at Man United?
Facundo Medina
Ousmane Diomande
Jean Clair Todibo
Mohamed Simakan
Giorgio Scalvini
Micky van de Ven
Kevin Danso
Edmond Tapsoba
Mario Hermoso
António Silva
Gonçalo Inácio
Ronald Araújo
Piero Hincapié
Alessandro Bastoni
Olivier Boscagli
Do a video on this please
I think Kubo would be a great option
These young players are all interesting and very capable physical wise. Another big question is their mental resilience and toughness. It is one thing to play for their currents clubs, quite another thing to play for United, perhaps the most scrutinized club in the world, where expectations from the fans, pundits, influencer UA-camrs like StatmanDave are massive. Expectations are to win most games, trophies, at the very least champions league football every year, expectations and scrutiny are massive, thus the United badge is extreme heavy, putting massive amount of mental pressure on the players and managers at the club. That is just how it is.
When @ManUtd go out pay like 70-90 mill. pounds for young players, it ia a disservice to the player, as pressure only grows exponentially. It is a disservice to the player, to manager and to the club. Because massive expectations arise with the overprise, putting massive pressure on the players being bought with high price and high wages. We have seen that many times, also in other clubs like Chelsea, with young players bought in with price tag around 100 mill.
We see the players doing well at former smaller clubs, where the scrutiny and expectations are smaller, perhaps exectations are staying in the premier league, top ten or similar. So when they go to United many may be surprised of how massive the pressure is. This has to be accounted when assessing potential targets. A player like Diomande doing well at Sporting, just starting to make a name, no high expectations because nobody know him, no high price tag, not expected to "save" Sporting, they just expect Sporting to do well and Sporting do well in the Portuguese league with not that many equal rivals. But if United buy him, paying like 60-80 mill., then already before he comes to the United, expectations will be massive as will the pressure. It is a whole different type of pressure than he is use to, a whole new exposure and scrutiny in the media, the fans, UA-camrs etc. Has a 20 year old kid the mental resilience to cope with that? We have seen many times they cannot, we can probably name many players cracking under the pressure at places like Manchester United, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Juventus and a few other big clubs. This has to be taken into account. If these young players do not perform from day 1, then already we will start to ask questions wether they are good enough, "why did United pay so much money, get rid of him, and get this other 21 year old doing well at this "small club". And cycle continues. This is not a sustainable recruitment strategy.
We know these young players have the talent, the stats looks good. The mental resilience and toughness is just an unknown factor. It is a big risk, when paying so many money. Another, in my opinion, better recruitment strategy may be recruiting young talents from South America paying like 5 mill. for the likes of Caicedo. Oscar Zambrano is mentioned, Andre from Fluminese, Redondo mentioned for 9 mill.
But when recruiting players expected to be part of the starting 11, players that cost 60-100 mill., maybe more, it should be players with good amount of experience, proven mental resilience in big games, preferably players who are 25+ years old. And when wanting to get 20-22 year olds, United should pay reasonable prices, not overpaying too much above market value. Paying 80-85 for 21-22 olds is a disservice on the player, adding massive amount of extra pressure, it is a disservice to the manager, expecting to do magic with his new star signing, expectations are just too high, resulting in the path to failure becoming easily attainable, confidence declining fast, thus the vicious cycle starting with a run of poor performances. It's just a disservice to everybody, the fans, the player, the manager, the club. When trying to recruit a young player, the price tag skyrockets, the club must learn to walk away from the deal. There are many other players in the market, who are similar, more or less, nobody is unique. It is just a matter good scouting.
All of them are good for me
I would go for Joshua Zirkzee.. we shouldn't miss out on him.. He's Harry Kane 2.0
He's a good prospect but still needs that little bit of experience before being a starting 9
I would like Terem Moffi
I'm of the opinion that the more urgent need for January is a left footed center back. We have decent backup center back options on the right - none perfect in possession, but neither is Varane or the recommended options here
In the mifield what about Oscar Zambrano and Yoro for centreback, plus Olise on the right wing??
Victor boniface should be the aim in the summer in january any veteran striker on loan would be ideal.
I won't lie. I'm still concerned about The Butcher's injury. Not doubting he'll come back and improve us but I'm worried about just how much damage did his foot take. We'll have to manage him very carefully
Bro me too,we could see how much he struggled when he came back from the first injury,he was a shadow of himself..I'm just really worried he won't be that player he was for us in his first season anymore
Todibo, Geertruida, Frimpong
Reijnders, Kephren Thuram
Timo Werner, Johan Bakayoko.
All the players highlighted would cost a fortune....
Todibo wouldn't cost much.
And none would sign to the graveyard named Manchester united. Say what you will the club is not as big as it once was.
@@Abraham_Temitope if Todibo is any good , SJR should sell him to United for about 30 million.
@@Abraham_Temitope and were in for guiarsey
@@Abraham_Temitope why wouldn't he cost much?
We aren't gonna sign anyone this month so we need to look towards the summer. I'd love to see
Toney
Nico Williams
Branthwaite
Redondo
Todibo
We needed Pavard (CB & RB) more than Inter Milan but reality bites hard
No, we didn't. Would have become another deadwood we have to sell in 2 years. Short term buys should be a strict NO.
Manchester United should buy a new strike Evan Ferguson and Maxence Caqueret from FC Lyon financial issue get cheap option two new centre back also and defence middle field also
AWB is so so underrated. So comfortable 1v1 whether it's Saint Maximin or Kylian Mbappe, he's one of the most press resistant players (not right backs) in the league and his attacking game in the final third is always improving. One of the best in the world imo, if he wasn't at United he'd be Pep's number 1 replacement for an aging Kyle Walker.
Give me an attacking left back like Milos Kerkez, Antonee Robinson or if the budgets available Destiny Udogie or Grimaldo. Left back needs a revamp asap.
Sporting aren’t selling their starting 2 CBs while leading the league.
Joao Neves is about to sign a new contract.
It’s like a 500 mill wish list including contracts and fees when we’re dealing with covid ffp and have no money, the ineos deal can’t be completed until atleast the 20th so no money for transfers so we’ll need to sell the fodder Martial/Maguire/Antony the latter being the biggest mistake we’ve made in years
Massive fan of both Diomande and Neves, sadly though I can't see United being able to get Neves. Benfica will demand upwards of 80m for him given the fee they got for Enzo, and the fact Neves has a buyout clause in excess of 100m.
Neves is a player you can only afford to sign if you only need to make one or two signings, not when you need 5 or 6.
Personally I prefer Diomande over Todibo as I feel Diomande has the higher ceiling and looks better suited to the rough and tumble of the EPL. Fully agree though that we need two CB's. Inacio is another fantastic player but one that will likely cost north of 60m possibly closer to 80m, and Sporting aren't going to sell two of their starting defenders in one window. Which probably means it'd need to be either/or Diomande/Inacio and not both. Another left footed option I really like is Branthwaite who's having a real breakout season at Everton and is probably their best defender. Maybe with their financial problems he might be available at a slightly lower usual fee.
Frimpong is a tap in at RB and capable of playing anywhere down the right hand side.
André is another no brainer, it's just a case of finding the right No.8 to come in and play along side him. I really like Khephren Thuram and think he would be ready to step up to the EPL, he reminds me a little of a young Yaya Toure, the way he carries the ball through midfield would be phenomenal at United and completely change the slow and steady midfield into something far more dynamic and dangerous. Other options that could be interesting would be Orkan Kokcu from Benfica. Capable of playing any role in midfield he's as dangerous carrying the ball as he is with his team splitting passing. Although he'd probably be more expensive than Thuram.
Personally I really like the idea of a midfield pivot of André and Thuram. André shielding the defence and being the player who always shows for the ball and greases the wheels in midfield. With Thuram adding some physicality, and the guile to get on the ball then carry it through the opposition line of pressure to exploit the space between the lines of pressure and to create chances for our forwards as the defensive line are forced into either choosing to mark the forward leaving Thuram unopposed running at them, or step up and challenge Thuram for the ball or try and slow him down while the the midfield tries to get back and help out. However, that leaves a forward unmarked with us on possession in the opposition defensive third.
I'm not entirely sold on Guirassy, he's had a great 4 months, but scored 13 of his 17 goals in the first 2 months, only scoring 4 since. Also very few players match their goal scoring numbers from the Bundesliga in other leagues. It's a league that is very open and forwards get far more good quality chances that inflates their numbers. You need to look at how they match up their goal output with their expected goals, while also looking at the average xG they get compared to other leagues. Are they getting a higher amount of xG in Germany then you'd expect in the EPL or especially for a low chance creating side like United this season. Then are they consistently equalling of surpassing their xG or under performing it. A player who regularly under performs their xG in a league where they get a higher xG as well will likely see a massive drop off in goals when they move to a league where chances are harder to come by and tend to be less clear cut.
I don't think he's anywhere near good enough to score consistently in the EPL and I don't think he does enough beyond scoring to justify a regular starting spot for a side competing for top four in the EPL. He doesn't create enough, his link up play is too clunky and cumbersome, he doesn't have the technical skills and I think in a more physical league the strength he shows in the Bundesliga would be fairly middle of the road in the EPL. He certainly wouldn't be able to bully CB's anywhere near as much as he does in Germany.
I think he's a decent player in a purple patch and like those guys who have a great world cup should be avoided.
Thuram is really impressive when he plays for France, he solves a lot of problems in midfield, him and Andre in a double pivot would be amazing but other options for a 6 would be Onana and for an 8, Caqueret or Zambo Anguissa
Guirrasy has always been a decent striker but he's not the 9 that we need to be consistent for the next 3years until Rasmus develops into a starting striker, I would prefer Terem Moffi or Jonathan David
As for CB, Ignacio needs to be a priority signing in June because right now it looks like no one can play on that left hand side as good as Liche. Medina from Lens would be excellent in Jan, he can play LB, LCB & DM he's a best
Another CB to cover the right side would be Geertruida or Simikan, both are strong & fast physical beasts with amazing on the ball ability, They both can also play at RB
Utd don’t play with wingbacks mate so Frimpong would be wasted. Inverted fullbacks should have the attributes of central midfielders. I agree that Utd need width and the lack of it is why Rasmus never gets fed the ball. We need a coach who encourages wide attacking. ETH OUT
We've missed this 😢united series
United should absolutely look for young alternatives, but all of these are migthy expensive. I personally think that a change in work rate and leaders should be focused on aquiring. It's not just quality that are needed in United, it's also player culture and winning mentallity. I rather go for team captains/leaders on various teams before I look at future prospect at this moment.
Players like Endo, Robertson, Rice, Gundogan, etc. Players that really demands a lot of themselves and their players. Do not whine, but lifts people up. In United they have basically 0 atm.
United should look at signing = Joao Neves, João Palhinha, Jean-Clair Todibo or Malick Thiaw, Alessandro Buongiorno, Devyne Rensch, Antonio Nusa or Hernan Lopez, Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze, Lucas Chevalier or Álex Remiro, Joao Pedro or Valentin Castellanos
we have our own #8 in kobbie we don't need Neves.
Achievable players for united. Antonio da silva, Pau Torres, frimpong, palhinha, Andre and Patrick Schick. This well make united a stable and consistent team first. Then go for generational talent in next window.
Affordable players?
Antonio Silva and pau Torres? Those two only will go for over 150M!
Frimpong and palhinha, that's 150M at the very minimum!
United can't even afford a player on loan in January
Why would Villa sell Pau Torres so soon?
Crazy that we can get tobido, andre and guirasshy(pardon my spelling) for less than what we paid for antony
Ignacio, Todibo, Neves and Frimpong would be perfect, probably Ignacio in July
Inacio, not ignacio
Inacio would be great however even as a sporting fan I’d go for Braithwate bit younger prem experience good for the FA rules would cost a similar price and wouldn’t demand a bigger role like Inacio would in my opinion not saying he’s better rn but I think he’s got the same potential as Inacio
I think Todibo Frimpong Diomande Braithwate Neves would be amazing with another tall technical midfielder coming in I know it’s early but Alex Scott would be great from Bournemouth you just know with certain players (similar to Mainoo) he’s just got great potential invest your stocks! Our midfield depth would sorted for years with that young core learning off Casemiro would do them a world of good as well
I’d go for 2 Sporting players but 1 being Diomande and the other being not Inacio instead their striker Gyokeres every game I watch him and think he’s gone in the summer the guy is levels he reminds of Houjlund however ofc more developed but he can not only give you problems with his back to goal and getting in behind he can pick it up in wide areas and face you which gives so many Centre backs problems he’d be great for us only 25 as well him and Houjlund competing and at times possibly combining would great to see
I'd keep Eriksen, and Develop Mainoo for the box to box CM with Dan Gore. Sign a CDM.
Frimpong should be compared with wingers not RBs in my opinion, and I don’t think defensively he’s good enough. Reluctant to go for a Bundesliga forward too…
C.b Tolibo and Inacio R.b Frimpong CDM Andre. Striker Boniface or Giminez
Good shouts but I really like the below players who I think are a bit more realistic and budget friendly
Centre backs Danso and todibo
Right back geirtuida for the inverted right back role
Midfield I like Kone and locatelli
Up top they’re unrealistic but I’d love berradi and lautoro Martinez
TO BE HONEST WE NEED 1 NEW PLAYER IN EVERY POSITION AND THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE BUT IT'LL BE IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS IT HAS TO BE DONE. SO, RIGHT NOW WE NEED
- RB FRIMPONG
- RCB DEOMANDE
- LCB INACIO
- CDM NEVES
- RW XAVI
- ST JONATHAN DAVID
Singo
Olise
Hinshelwood
Ferguson
Hato
Zambrano
Guirassy is 27 and has had one good half a season in his whole career, yet you expect him to thrive in a team that has seen Rasmus Hojlund starved of chances, in a league that is way more intense than the one in which he currently plays. Guirassy has struggled to get double figures for most of his career. Not someone united should be going for. Toney would be a better option. As for defenders, Jared Braithwaite and Sven Botman should be bought asap.
Do one for Tottenham.
Diomande, Neves, Frimpong and Ignacio…Dave loves him some Football Manager doesn’t he?! 😂
Just play kambwala. He will develop. We should have a rule playing youth with potential in domestic cup competitions. Kambwala, Hannibal, mainoo, pelestri should all start every cup game
Pellistri ain't youth, he is an year younger than Antony
Hannibal and Pellistri ain't it
They work hard n love the club but I ain't convinced
Develop Mainoo and let's see what Gore can do
They should sign me im a good box to box midfielder creating and scoring my weak point is ball winning
EtH is talking Rubbish when it concerns the January's transfer window cos we want at least 6 players 2CD, 2CM, RW & 10 and release 6 players e.g. Dalot, Maguire, Lindelof, Williams, Bruno, Mount, VDB, Antony, Greenwood & Sancho.
Bring back Alvara Fernandez from loan ASAP!
WanBa Not for Sale!
My shout would be:
Centre backs Tomori and Inacio
Midfielders Merino
Right winger Berardi
Striker Vlahovic
Inacio would be better because Benfica always charge Ridiculous prices, we don't need a midfielder with the crazy depth we have making it impossible for the likes of gore and Hannibal to make the matchday squad. Kubo can add depth to the RW position and as for striker, we don't need one when we have Hojlund and Mctominay
Man Utd need some bigger players, we're too lightweight in the midfield. Where are the footballing units??
Guirrassy is an absolute NO. Watched Bundesliga way too often to know his form is a temporary purple patch.
Leonardo for 20m would be a better buy for January for me, if not, Zirkzee from Bologna for 40m would be my choice for sure!
Offers height, technical ability and has that flair in him to dribble. We would have two young strikers with different attributes!
Im tired of majority of the signings flopping, go for the academy youngsters instead. Especially with ten Hag coaching them
How can we send this video to ETH
we need flipping all of them
All summer i was saying we needed another CB to come in
Dave I am gutted Moscardo is going PSG... Looks like he would have been a perfect partner for Mainoo. Like him be is special at a young age... Physical... Good on the ball... In the air.. good passer and has an engine. Looks like a pressure player too...
Eric Bailly is balling for Fenerbahce. Selling him was a mistake.
@@atrixus we didn't manage him well in the earlier years, and then between 2021 and mid 2022, he was fit and never got a chance. Even though he played much better then Maguire or Lindelof. Some players are like that, injury prone in their early years, and better as they age, like Van Persie.
What about Pablo Maia as an alternative to Andre?
I am not sure if Frimpong would leave Leverkusen now
Im an assistant to David Brailsford and i can confirm we are signing all these players.
I think United should bring Araujo, Onana and Abraham in January to solve their issues and finish the season in top 6
I would like us to sign goncalo inacio, Todibo, Yousef fafana ,Joao nevez, fripong as a right winger and victor bonifance to replace matial
We should be giving the kids a chances, that tells the youth that they will get chances and inspire them, we've been investing in recruiting kids for years and never giving them the opportunity to develop, this is not helping the club. We need to inspire the kids.
Iam amazed still lisandro who is already injured and has not played anything should be replaced with varane Maguire Lindelloff.malaicia.Anthony. etc and finally The Coach does not have the leadership instinct to lead the team
Benfica want big money for Neves. Over 100 million. Without being cheap Man Utd need to find some good gems for half the price.
I would really like us to get that Ignacio guy
Hi Dave, what do you think of Josh Zirkzee?
Developing nicely under Thiago Motta at Bologna - think he'd be perfect for a team like Arsenal who have an established striker but not ready to lead the line in the PL
@@StatmanDave thanks Dave, big fan of your content. cheers.
Can't imagine Mainoo and Joao Neves together and them growing up together
My gosh, please United, just go and sign André, he'll be world class FOR SURE, don't miss out on him!
Gotta remember afcon, so guirassy wont be available till mid february.
