Wow for 50-51M this is so affordable.. (kahit wala akong perang ganun haha) but for real, this is so much cheaper compare sa iba, but it really depends on location tlga ranging price ng house and lot..

Wow! This is the first time I fell in love with a townhouse! This is a very special unit! Hope I could see it in person! Me and my sister would want to buy a house in the heart of Metro Manila. We have a home in Bulacan and it's where we grew up but it's a bit inconvenient if someone doesn't have a car and our fam only share 1 car. We also got a studio condo in Mandaluyong but it's only for 1 person and I stay there. We are looking for a property just within NCR and we are five in the family, our parents plus the three of us sibs. I guess this is the perfect home for us! Sana maka house tour si ate pagdating nya from the States. ❤️

Why buy a subscription to a gym with a home like this you've already have a Stairmaster. Another benefit of the master's bedroom is on the first floor you'll never see your kids again except when they eat. Another fine bachelor's home tour settled in a hipster area. This house would suck if it didn't have an elevator, image your kid yelling from the top of his lungs on the 3rd or 4th floor, "mana ko lebang!" Love the house tour keep up the great work.
Kitchen is tiny and quite a disappointment. May I ask where's the dishwasher and the walk-in pantry? Any provisions for built-in oven, espresso machines and microwave? and the laundry room?

They say buying a house and lot is a good invesment.. Though i personally dont consider my house an investment, more like an asset for me 😊 but buying a house in a good place like QC is a very great investment since the price will for sure increase in the future If you want to sold it.

I've been curious since I am not living in Phillipines, why most of the house, even the luxurious one, use windowed AC instead of Split AC? In other SEA countries, i think they already switched to split AC. Is this some kind of cultural references?
Window type ac is much cheaper to buy and only cools the specific room.
What made it futuristic?
Im still searching for that housetour named "casa nova" which have a very high ceiling and fab foyer. I have seen it once, but couldn't find it anymore. Pls share the link once more..
