I don't understand spending $10K to "RENT"....is that right you're renting this and not buying it?
Is that 10k a month?
I love my city. That’s an amazing view.
Everyone complaining about the price, but real Detroiter know damn well this building aint for us. Badass view though.
$10K per month for an apt in Detroit? In Detroit? LOL Sheeittttt I'd buy a home instead.
For that in Detroit you could buy two every month
This ain't some regular apartment. This is a penthouse in prime location that has far more luxury, amenities, modern, and better location then 95% of any Detroit house or apartment. And buying a home ain't for everybody. There's alot of multi millionaires that still rent. That's why every major city offers luxury apartments and luxury homes. 2 different preferences.
No - dont do it. Get a cheap place and SAVE your cash bro and buy cheap condo. As someone who has HAD millions, you never know when it could go. I kid you not, there is a brother in Chicago worth $300Million who looks very humble/very low key .. dont need to flex for ANYBODY... look at your bank account for all the approval you need.
Whats your advice to get millions in this day and age?
@@AJ-lf6hothe thing you see Anton doing. Content creator. UA-cam social media influencer etc
Anton is playing you guys he is low key flexing. I think Anton has some skeletons in the closet, he owes people and give it 5 years and he’s going to surprise you guys.
@@DJ-Trump We ALL have skeletons in the closet. Some brothers have the cute halloween version and others Mike Myers kill you version (i am in between). Facto fo being black - we dont have money handed down (my father was a homeless herion addict) Like his content and I made and lost lots of money - key is he trying to make it ? is he striving and trying to imporve.
Money doesn't like noise
If you go to the bank or a rich neighborhood it's very quiet because money doesn't like noise
You go to a broke neighborhood and you will hear loud music and people screaming while they talk
Remain in the shadows you will definitely last long
Rich people show their wealth
Wealthy people don't
It has been a true blessing to witness a Black man from the D 313 doing super well & pouring out to others, speaking the truth. Humble, family man and raising his daughter to become an wife and for her to vet her mate. It’s a blessing to also see the goodness that ur Father & Mother in steel in you. Hello Detroit💜✨
Nobody can tell me black folk don't have money. WE HAVE BOO-COO money. So I wish people would stop crying poor. There are more millionaires & billionaires than ever before.
I wont pay 10k to stay anywhere especially Detroit 😂😂😂 wtf.
Can you afford 10 grand a month?
yeah I don't get it. Investing here is totally the opposite of what he talks about. lol
@@michaelroberts680 Not at all, if I could I still would not just to rest my head, In on 3 acres in Washington state I pay 1k a month for my mortgage and utilities. I'm very fortunate.
@@davidsimmons8447umm…10 k to somebody who rich is like 1k to you!
I would pay 10k to leave Detroit. But I have a good job there….
Looks nice, but those types of buildings are a dime a dozen in Chicago.
Detroit's most expensive ever is $10K per month? Wow that's very low.
Yeah it is. Denver has $30,000 a month high rise.
Also coach prime is paying $11,800 to house his 3 kids in 1 townhome in Boulder.
$45k here in Chitown.
No it's not. Especially including the suburbs. Book Cadillac penthouse a few years ago was $14,000 a month in rent. And maybe $10K is low for the overpriced ass coast. Not for the Midwest or down south except Florida and Chicago.
@@xzavieredwards5824Denver is very overpriced for one. And the most expensive penthouse is $12,000 a month. Where you get 30 from? And Deion Sanders lives in a mansion in Bolder which is a suburb. Detroit has plenty of homes for $10K+ rent/ mortgage in the suburbs.
no that is too high i can see you never lived there lol
I was in Detroit last weekend and saw that building along with a couple of other skyscrapers under construction. I would say you should get it ONLY if it's something that you REALLY REALLY want. It's very impressive.
i been in detroit since day one!.. that just the tip of the ice berg playa.... there is much mo they going to build down there !! its a wrap...the for hood doe living down here fo shoe!!!
No deal! Bad traffic flow. Lack of WIC. Outdated 1985 -1995 architecture. It's a rental so no real exit strategy. Location is bad. Windows are not tinted. No Jack-n-Jill sinks. No name brand appliances.
I’m not seeing Nothing exciting there to be paying 10k a month. Regardless of what’s being shown. Not impressed
As a person who works in construction, I’ve seen way better layouts for that kind of money , duplexes with personal elevators in it
Hey Anton, I really like the introduction of the new Gordie Howe International Bridge, linking Windsor and Detroit City. I am a Toronto native, currently working in London. I have spent numerous summers down in Windsor and Detroit is my adopted US city. Loving the investment, which is happening there and love the fact that you are real proud of your city. Keep climbing and be blessed. Billy.
Hell no! 10k is too high. We have waterfront views in Westchester, NY for 5k in luxury apartment with all the amenities you mentioned.
How many bedrooms?
$10K to rent. Ridiculous.
2 bed and 2 bath
Cut the cap! For a person who so financially educated! Why would you even think about it? Tryna show off that corny lifestyle
Because he’s obviously in love with the location. You can’t buy a house right there in downtown Detroit but you sure can buy a 10k a month penthouse lmao. He’s getting scammed
Facts that’s the only reason he made the video to cap😂😂😂
I’m just seeing concrete, I couldn’t look out at anything with lush greenery. My modest home has a sea view and mountains and forests at the rear . No matter how cool inside that concrete jungle on all sides would depress the hell outta me.
That building was part of Detroit bankruptcy deal a new residential tower. The developer did not get any tax ebatments or city funding help, thats why they are charging top dollar.
Entirely your decision.....you do whats good for you!!
What up doe! I prefer to go to Canada instead of just looking. I don't miss living in the D. Still got fam in the state. This is what needs to be taught how to get the paper to have this problem of deciding whether to pay $10k a month. Big ups to the D still continuing to come back. 🔥💯
Hell naw! Listen, im born and raised in Detroit. And i love downtown and the riverfront view. But 10k is just crazy!
You could by a whole block of Detroit every month for that.
If AD get the (deluxe apartment in the sky) penthouse, I'm going to call him George "Movin' On Up" Jefferson - How much is the other location? Because I finally got a piece of the pie and we're up in the big leagues. (If you know you know)
I wouldn't I am also afraid of heights I would never look out the windows.I am in Texas with my husband visiting his daughter and new baby. Her apartment complex is beautiful. Look like a resort huge pool. They say everything is bigger in Texas.
I love TX. I am also out here. I don't agree with him in Detroit. But it's whatever.
People don't understand the economic opportunity in Detroit is huge. Plus black people in Detroit are one of the most entrepreneurial I've seen of all cities.
Chicago, yes. It’d be a great deal. Idk anything about Detroit though. 10k is the most expensive penthouse?!
However, I’m assuming it’s a full service building which is nice. If you got it, do it!
NO crib is worth me paying $10K a MONTH. I will ALWAYS have Buffet mentality when it comes to homes. No matter how big my net worth gets, will ALWAYS get 3/4 bedroom house. And remodel the HELL out of it. This is just 🤦🏾♂️.
facts, ain't no "view" worth 10k. them bedrooms and living rooms the same size as my 1Bd apt in GA and i only pay $1,500 and i'm right outside ATL. I could get a mansion down here for 10k/mo
It depends on what is Detroit’s future..🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
I love how you shine a light on our city 🫡
I think you should . Never know what movers and shakers will be there and great for dinner parties
It’s good to see the D starting to turn the table but stop bashing other peoples city and focus on your own city. Same way you love your city is the same way others love they city
I live in Windsor and this video popped up on my home page that’s crazy lol.
Haa. That seems a little silly. Views lose their allure after a very short time. Just think about beachfront house on a vacation. For the first hour or so you are in awe. But by the end, its redundant. But if you have the money, its not different than getting an expensive boat or car. Do ya thing
I wonder what the HOA fees are vs appreciation on something like this? I’d rather have a nice estate. But I’m a Youngen what do I know 🤷🏾♂️
I had no idea that Detroit had money like that. Great job D
My Hometown of Detroit be Ballin 😂😂
They really dont
The Metro area is large (2nd biggest in Midwest after Chicagoland) & does have some $$$.
it make more sense to buy a condo than rent a place for 10k.
they’ll probably build a few more high rises in that area, i’d wait until the prices level out
Yeesh Detroit gotta ugly skyline no wonder the penthouse so cheap. A penthouse in west palm beach would rent for $60,000-$70,000 and that's being nice
You should have a great view of the fireworks from there.
This is a great look. Location. Style. Floor to ceiling windows (my favorite) views. Incredible Penthouse living. Salute 🫡
Just buy a house and save your money in the long run big dawg. This “penthouse” is cool and all but what if your rent increases? 10k a month is already pretty damn high and if you’re looking to own this place for +5 years that’s going to add up. I don’t see the point of really buying for “the views”
I love the view I despise the traffic! Congrats to you!
I don't know how Detroit is set up but generally you'd want to live downtown working in corporate America. The units are studio and 1 bedroom which means no kids. Alot networking chances as well based on the residents living there. 10k a month isn't breaking the bank he should do it.
I used to live in Detroit. I was a part of building Little Ceasars arena and headquarters. I have to come visit. I would say yes.
Great video. What are they doing with the space next door?
My city Chicago been having them skyscrapers Detroit is late
Good for ypu hpmie
Whats wild is I can afford this & all I do is scalp the futures market NQ & Gold everyday lmaoooo
For the price there are 10x better options around downtown!!!!
Who wants to look at Canada or even go there 😂😂 to each is own
Yo it's dope I'm thinking you could have special guests over in the summer and shoot some interviews on the rooftop for the summer that is coming. Pull some UA-cam paper out of the situation
I dont like the laundry coupled inside a closet.
No way in hell I'm paying more for an apartment in Detroit than I would in Brickell lol
I know Detroit gets a bad rep, but is it a great place to live?
I visited Detroit 2 years ago (unfortunately for a funeral) but my experience was good. I think the bright spot of Detroit is the downtown. It was really vibrant and I could see why someone would live there. I was even in the hood on Tracey & 6 mile and people were chill for reals (maybe due to the people I was with lol). I think if you mind your own business you will be fine. The only major downside are the winters.
It depends on where you live… downtown is actually great 👍🏾… some areas in the city area nice and some areas are slowly developing… there are also areas that are struggling heavy…but there is a lot of progress.. most of Detroit’s reputation is from decades ago… violent crime is still something you have to deal with in any major city. The downtown looks better than most major cities I’ve traveled to… it’s a spacious city with plenty of room if you’re into real estate. It’s a sports city too even when the teams suck they can draw decent crowds. Most of the tourists here are Canadians and they come party here often.
Better to get a house with land.
Facts asf. He’s getting played here big time
If it's a business expense, yes
beautiful view , but 10 bands a month??...these apartments are definitely meant for millionaires only lol
You are only paying for amenities! I'll pay 2500 for it!😂
For 10,000 a month you could build your own down south and make money off it.
Move into The “Martin” Show condo building. Lol
That’s like a hotel I’ll rent for a weekend but live for 10k? Naw
It is right on the highway why would you want to live where cars drive by all day?
If I’m paying 10k why would I be in an apartment instead of a big ass house?
How much is the other location?
I’ll search more and keep this apartment as a back burner
God provides us resources. These are blessings of provision. Any excess after saving investing for future family legacy, should be used for generosity to our church to those who are doing the Lord's work. In my opinion, this is showing off. I would invest that into new business ideas and invest in people doing God's work for His kingdom. That is just me. That's what I try to do. You are blessed. Hard work pays off.
😂 one benefit is being able to see Canada? 😂
I love our city!
It's not worth it, but unless you like the city life, then maybe it's worth it
Live your best life. And keep on proving that the color of your skin doesn't have one oppressed. One holds their own self back. You're a responsible man. If you couldn't afford it, then you wouldn't be looking into it. Live life. Because storing it all up does nothing but leave it to others to celebrate with when you're gone. Enjoy some of the fruits of your labor. I sure am.
No one holds their self back in life that’s the dumbest statement
Paying $10K a month to live in DETROIT, lmfaooo.
its your money do what you want
Good deal compared to where I reside on the west coast.
Rent or Buy?
its funny to think u would pay so much for a right angled view. i live in Lake Tahoe Area. The views you get for $10k a month makes you question life here.
I live in lake tahoe the views are way better in lake tahoe then there.
Yeah do it spend 10k a month to rent 😅😂
Hell No 😂
This is 🔥🔥
What phone are you using to film?
Nice but Detroit yuck 🤮
Is 10k a month to stay anywhere is it worth it
I wouldn't waste my time nor my money for anything downtown. Heck naw ya renting n not owning.
Why do you need to own the house that you live in?
@jaybrad9142 fact is you don't ever own anything. You pay taxes till the day you pass
I was wondering what that was I see that when I take my bm to work in the AM
All i ever wanted was a rollie rollie
Look TINY
👌👌👌💯 knowledge
Hell no that place is trash
man you better not buy that bs lol..go to pasadena apts
The view is weak 🤦🏾♂️ don’t do it bro
Wow 😮😮
I would stay away from any liberal city. You are taking a gamble. And Canada is not the place that fits your agenda. Check out border states south of the US (AZ, TX, FL, and even NM). Then aim south. The tide is south. Sell that property. Yes, it will appreciate but long term that city is dead. But regardless stay blessed.
He was born and raised there and currently lives there and has an office in downtown Detroit. Do u even listen to his show? He has investment properties that he owns straight out but prefers to rent his residence. Have u even been to Detroit? It’s the only downtown I know of that has a stadium for 4 different major professional teams. It’s so weird when ppl comment on things they have absolutely no knowledge of.
@@mari_j_mc yes. I know he was born there. So what?! I was born in DC. Im not married to that place. That city and every liberal city will fail. Move out while you have the chance.
🔥
Im abt to move to Detriot
For what doe
don't do it. TX, FL, or AZ. I am in north of Dallas and it is nice. Lots of jobs and opportunity. Do NOT go or do business in any liberal city. For once I disagree with Anton here.
have you told people yet that you are a trump supporter?...you know you see me question so just answer yes or no.
is supporting Trump against the law?
You don’t have to agree with someone political view in order to get information from. Everything in life does not have to bend to your will.
@@jaybrad9142 oh i agree but when you are basically dry snitching a hidden agenda. that is the shhh i have an issue with and that is my issue. because most people are not able to tell. my will aint got a damn thing to do with it but my ability to detect bs does....ya got anything else to say?
@@Kelaine72 no not all but apparently ya missed the meaning of the question. now if you need more help, let me know
@@user-nl9me3er7w well since USA is a business we need business me to run the country. And build walls to protect us and bring production in this country. Also not support foreign wars that we as people don’t care about

Nice invite me for the first cookout bro I’m in the D too born and raised 😂 🫡
Sure do it if you have the money why not?
