I own 2018 mt 07 with the same exhaust and there is definitely a slight difference in sound the, new one sound more aggressive on higher rpms. they did not replace the engine but they mad some changes in the tuning and in the exhaust note
Yes this is exhaust for the previous model, however if it fits on the new bike model that is great as long as ecu doesnt have any errors. Is the cable of exhaust sensor long enough to reach that old place on exhaust or you had to change it for a longer version?

The 2021 version of the titanium akrapovic exhaust is different from its predecessors, since the whole bike is now adapted to Euro5 rules. If you go to the actual akrapovic website you'll see that the 2021 version of the titanium exhaust for the MT-07 is the only one that has a different serial number from previous years. Not sure if it will "fit" nonetheless, but I'm sure it isn't meant to

@@ItsGibs007 I dont even have the bike yet but I want to have things ready to go. The dealers out in the states just pushed out the arival dates to June in some areas. The pandemic has screwed everything up. I hope we can start seeing some more exhausts and tunes though soon.

You have to remove the carbon part and there will be a "mark" made purposely. There you have to drill a hole and then the db killer gets out. To plug it in again, you have to use a screw so you can have it in our out. I had it done in Yamaha
@@gliderjewels It's pretty lousy for being a Akrapovic exhaust. Sounds like a scooter. So I removed the cat and it helped a little bit but still not satisfying. Might be wanting to modify the baffle. The problem is that they welded the baffle this time so its not attached with a screw. You will have to drill the welding up, modify and weld it back in. Pretty annoying tbh.

olkha a bem a moto, e a imagina com suspensao invertida , ficaria mais bonita ,... naoooooo, errado ,.. a cor das bainhas casa bem, com todo o resto,.. eu tenho a versao 2020 , e nunca , nunca percebi , o porque de se falar tanto da suspençao da mt07 ,. pra mim, trabalha super bem, se assim no fosse a moto no oferecia o feeling q oferece ,..as 1- versao segundo dizem, pois eu no sei, erao muito macias , algo que se resolve com um oleo de outra viscosidade, em relaçao a frente , realmente poderia ser algo diferente , mas eu entendo o conceito,.. sao motos pra circuito urbano , pura diversao !

I had 0 problems, for the MT-07, the sensor is placed in a different location to the previous model. That’s the main difference but no need to remap

Idk what it is but something sounds different from the previous model. The previous one sounded deeper and had more grunt. I like that one way more.
Look up a video of the last model with this same exhaust and your mind will be changed. This is way more deep and grunty sounding

Yes it does. I own a MT07 2021 with EURO5 Akrapovic Racing Line. Any exhaust besides a EURO5 voids the warranty.
