As someone who recently rode Frank 'N Coaster several days ago, I believe that this ride is worth experiencing in the back for a sharp burst of lateral ejector airtime after the first turn by the Burger King sign. It's extremely bizarre being ejected straight up and then abruptly jolted right while falling back into your seat. I find it a bit painful because of the lack of seat padding, but the ejector pop and laterals throughout the ride are no joke.
1:50 There's some coaster on a rooftop in Mexico too. On top of a mall. I saw it on Coaster Studios. Whole little amusement park actually, I believe. With a half dozen rides or so.
Nice to know you enjoyed the Falls. I was working my job on the American side this past weekend and we were SWAMPED with customers. Glad to see not every business in the area was crazy.
I never get kiddie credits theses days but I'd do this one (and Tiger Terror in Illinois), just because I love the trains so much. They look great! Edit, I am too tall it seems, I like my knees as they are lol.
I can't tell you how many times I stopped at that burger king at 2am when going to Clifton Hill with friends back in 1999-2002 timeframe. Had to wait until we were 19yr old, then bam! 😂....but like you said that coaster wasn't there back then. I moved away from Buffalo for good in 2002 and only visit seldom to see family.
Cool coaster. Also what is that wavy looking track at 4:39? One of those multi-level go-kart tracks? I've always wanted to go on one of those. All the go kart tracks I've ever been on were flat......
have you ridden Runaway Train at Fun Center at Paige's Crossing? That's another wisdom rides coaster that I feel like could be pretty exciting with an underground tunnel and two tight helices.
Do any of the Magic Kingdom coasters count as being rooftop coasters, given they are built on top of the Utilidors? The Utilidors aren’t underground (and cannot be, given the terrain), so anything above surely counts as roof? That would make, I assume, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train a rooftop coaster!
@@jonny-b4954 but…the Utilidors aren’t really under ground. It’s all an illusion. If you’ve ever seen photos of the staff entrance at the back of the park, it becomes apparent that the utilidors really are at ground level and the park itself is built above that, on the roof. The land is all built on swamp, so actual underground tunnels wouldn’t have been viable.
My mom did HoF back in her teen years and said it was super cheesy and not worth it, must have gotten better. What we have here is a janky rooftop coaster in a Hotspot for casinos and really expensive, weirdly themed attractions. Vegas anyone?
The long gone Tornado coaster at Coney Island was partially built above some shops along Bowery Street . Opened in 1926 and removed in the 1970s ( I think) .

I'll have to try the back next time. It was a shame it was so pricey per ride.

I was about to mention this one as well! Kataplum! is where it's at.
yeah i was thinking the same thing, pretty sure it was ETR too
Yup, I just gave 3 examples. I know there are more.
I wonder why more buildings don’t have small coasters on top of them that would be pretty cool
I'd like more.
I know this is probably a stupid question but is frank n coaster open in December because I’m going to the falls this weekend and I wanted to know
I do not know. I have only been on this in summer.
@@CanobieCoaster okay thank you
There are quite a few more rooftop coasters. In Mexico and Japan, for example.
Yup, I knew there were more.
Nice to know you enjoyed the Falls. I was working my job on the American side this past weekend and we were SWAMPED with customers. Glad to see not every business in the area was crazy.
I was thankful it didn't take long for me to cross the border.

Tiger Terror is the pinnacle of kiddie coasters.

I've never gotten food at that Burger King.
So neat. I'd ride it. Great that it's the only one in Canada. Cool.
Yup!
I always get Wisdom rides ads.
“If Wisdom builds it, it will make money!”
Lol
Don't forget thunder dolphin as a rooftop coaster!
That's not exclusively on a roof, but it does go over some buildings.
Cool coaster. Also what is that wavy looking track at 4:39? One of those multi-level go-kart tracks? I've always wanted to go on one of those. All the go kart tracks I've ever been on were flat......
Yes, they added a multi-story go kart track a few years ago.
@@CanobieCoaster Nice. Looks fun
i almost did this on my road trip to canadas wonderland, not upset that i mised it, gives me an excuse to go to wonderland again sometime
It has long hours so it's easy to add (minus the price).
have you ridden Runaway Train at Fun Center at Paige's Crossing? That's another wisdom rides coaster that I feel like could be pretty exciting with an underground tunnel and two tight helices.
No, I planned to last year, but I had to rearrange my trip after Shivering Timbers bumped.

Haha nahhh, that's cray cray. A tunnel doesn't have a roof. It's a tube, in the ground. At most, it would be a ceiling. ;)

I guess technically haha.
I rode it in the summer it was just pain lol.
Sorry to hear!
What a strange ride! Great video! What are some of your other favorite kiddie coasters?
Tiger Terror
15 dollars! And to think I once thought spending 8.50 for Olympia Looping was on the steep side!
The value isn't as good as other rides.
I didn't even know that was a real coaster - I assumed it was theming for the attraction.
Nope, it's real.
what’s the scare effect?
An air blast on the final stairs.
My mom did HoF back in her teen years and said it was super cheesy and not worth it, must have gotten better. What we have here is a janky rooftop coaster in a Hotspot for casinos and really expensive, weirdly themed attractions. Vegas anyone?
This street does feel like a family friendly Vegas between the outlandish signs and attractions.
Always loved Niagra Falls. Dragon Mountain was my first looping coaster, 1985.
Nice!
When did this open?
2020
The fact burger king has a roller coaster ontop
It's funny.
Frank n Coaster slogan:
"When a kiddie coaster gives better laterals than a B&M hyper"
🤣🤣
Lol
Do you know how cota lands palindrome is going I have not seen any update on it
Gerstlauer can build things quickly.
A roller coaster on the roof of a Frankenstein themed building? Why not?
Exactly!
This coaster would fit well at NASCAR Speedpark with only making left turns lol
Oh that's why someone left a NASCAR comment.
The Burger King seems so random but I love it lol
It's comical.
Look new
It's relocated.
Have you ever done a review on the Coaster at Funworld in Nashua?
I haven't done a review on that ride, but I've ridden that Orient Express a few times. Fun World is an awesome arcade.
The long gone Tornado coaster at Coney Island was partially built above some shops along Bowery Street . Opened in 1926 and removed in the 1970s ( I think) .
Cool!
when I first saw this. I thought this was Wisdom rides take on a janky Zierer Flitzer
Maybe!
it’s so bad that it’s good
In a way.
So wisdom can make a good ride
Quirky and janky, but fun.
Janky: The Ride
Yup!
That said, 15 bucks is insane. I mean that's really pushing it beyond anything reasonable.
Its for tourists. Whats another 5-10 bucks while on vacation that's costing thousands
It's a bummer, but I paid it for the experience.
I guess this coaster is for the people scared of twisted timbers
This doesn't have the airtime for sure.
"extravagant" is a very odd choice of adjective to describe this atrocity.
I like the comedic value of it.
This honestly doesn’t look fun even though it being on top of a Burger King is cool
I liked the lats.
Weird ride
Indeed
spoil the scare please
There's an air blast on the way down the exit ramp.
