Nice! glad you found the clip. I went by your set-up that day to review the vid but didn't see you. Did you have an airbag in the suit? I was wondering what the 'pop' sound was, but could have been bike. BTW that bump on turn one is a traction killer. I've always taken that turn a little wide. Do you think that bump caused the low side?
@@flip_moto that bump is definitely a bitch. But it wasn’t the cause, I just held too much front brake for the given lean angle. Carried a tad more speed than I wanted and attempted to scrub it.
That corner is notorious for loosing the front end when entering it from a wide angle like that Duc did. There is a slight dip from that angle that causes the front to loose. You have to hit the paint on the curb coming out wide.
Hey that’s me! 😂
bike needed one fairing and a new stator cover. Left shoulder was sore for a bit but the gear did it’s job.
Hi, glad you're OK. What caused you to go down?

@@4krider20 held too much brake with lots of lean angle. I was trail braking and should of ran wide instead of committing to the line.

@@flip_moto no airbag. lol that popping sound was probably my bike. 2nd session of the day I was so pissed.
That’s just tough to see right there
It wasn’t too bad of damage. I was more upset about ending the day just 2 sessions in. Had just broke my pr previous lap in

Damn that a “head banger” … glad he looked to be ok for the most part.
yep. rider was fine in the paddock, bike however 😢
Well done homie ✨
even though plastics are expensive to total the bike you’d need over $10k in damages….hence why the Ducati service dpt is so busy.
