Best way to think of it is by percentages. People get lost when they see low value but they don’t take into account the percentages. Your example at 4:12 about reit ONLY gives you about $140 from your $1k investment but that’s almost a 14% gain.
Long term holds into solid index funds or ETFs with low fees consistently is how I made 7 figures by 35. Might be “boring investing” but if I’m looking for excitement I’ll go watch Fast & Furious 😂🤙

Many investors are too lazy to do any research, or read financial statements. But this is what the pros do. Investing in stocks does not have to be gambling if you put some work in, are patient, and have realistic expectations.
Newbies think that the best way to play the stock market is to buy stocks then sell them a day or few months later, than repeat the process. This method of investing usually loses money. The people who buy and hold for long periods are the people who make the most money.

disagree on the self publishing part. sure it is a way of passive income BUT you need to have a massive following OR pour money into advertisements for your book. because what people dont consider is that it costs more and will potentially take years of years to break even (maybe). i spent about 3k for my book and made a return of about 200 bucks without avertisements or following. its not a good investment
Not to discourage channels that encourage growing wealth or obtaining income, but the medium and hard levels are NOT passive income opportunities. They are side hustles. Nothing wrong with that, but you have to put in "work" (as he even used several times) which eliminates it as a passive income opportunity. Please stop putting click bait "passive income" titles (or using the term) if it isn't.

To say UA-cam is a passive income is equivalent to saying that if you have a store, you have to rent a storefront hire employees purchase merchandise and the rest is passive income!
