- Here's a quick walkthrough on installing the SL1 LED headlight from Diode Dynamics on a 2018+ F-150.
Overall I'm very pleased with the quality, color and light output from these LED's. Not totally overpowering bright, have never been flashed once, but a decent amount brighter than the stock halogen bulbs.

Did the dust caps sealed properly after installation? Nice video by the way.
Thx! The dust caps did seal back on, just took a little to get them back on properly. I've ended up replacing one of the bulbs since and everything seems to be good.

Thx! I wish the raptor lights turned on with the DRL's, but you can change that with FORscan etc. At night they look great though. check out Stage3 motorsports for the lights.
Do these work with DRL?
Yeah they seem to work pretty well, about half as bright when it’s just in DRL mode
you should do a night video!

Did you need the anti flicker module ?
No, this set of lights comes ready out of the box with the anti flicker module/driver built in. Haven’t had any issues
@@BVInAZ good to know. I bought SL1 bulbs to replace lows and SLF to replace fogs. Got the anti flicker module separate but hopefully don’t need. Thanks for the video! Can’t wait to install in my 19 screw. Already did the cargo, license plate, and reverse lights. Much improved!
@@sehummel85 did you end up needing the Anti flickering setup
