Wow this is really awesome! So I have aphasia, it was like a lot of doctors but they did something that was so good and now I'm here again. I wanted to see also for aphasia and Look to Speak, have something even better, so again thank you guys this is so better!!!
Why does it have to be a small team anyway [1:00]? Involve a lot people, call forth designers who would love to take up a unique design challenge like this is. Maybe it can go open-source to encourage further development from the whole wide world.

Just one feedback the sensitivity of looking at sides is very low(eyes are paining when looked asides).
Sensitivity should be controlled by the user settings.

That's great, that this technology can help disabled people, but don't let it distract from the fact that it likely will used at scale for regular people, to track their eye movement and enchance advertising and content feed algorithms.
I can see this to be intended for people with disabilities, but become as popular with everyone as texting.
