In this video I will present you all the locations of fuses and relays from this Mercedes e220 cdi . This will be similar to other mercedes benz models from the w210 generation or models made betwen 1995 and 2003 . The k40 relay , starter motor relay , AC relay are the most common searched ones . On the bigger engine e320 cdi it's gonna be the same layout

Thank you a lot. On the third fuse box, breaker number 2 for the Brake Pedal position. That breaker was faulty, and as soon I started the engine came out 4 warning lights, BAS, ESP, ABS, and Faulty Lamp.
Now everything is OK after I repalce that Breaker.

Great video. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. I have a W210 (96 model). I have a problem with indicators and hazzard light stay constant on when applied. No flashing. Is there a fuse which controls the flashing? If it is not the fuse, how about a relay or a flasher unit? Love to hear if you have come across this issue. Many Thanks.
Thanks for the explanation. My W210 E230 1996 model does have that section here you said it is the horn and horn relay. My horn is not functioning and I’m struggling to identify the fuse, can you assist?

On my 2000 e320 when fuse # 9 blew the ignition switch would not turn, replaced it and ignition worked. should't but did!

Hallo doit_vehicle. Thank you for good video which explain fuse of W210. During checking the power window switch I got sort/small spark between 2 Cable (from 6 cable socket). Since then there was no current, then I check the fuse but all fuse still good. However there were no power/current at fuse 1,2,3,7,10,11,13,14. Other fuse 4,9,16,17,18 and the rest have power including the fuse under rear seat close by the battery . May be you can tell me what went wrong and how to solve it. Thanks again.

Which fuse is for the outside mirror adjustments? I think it is the number 16 with a fuse of 15 volts. Can you confirm?

I have subscribed to your videos. Very informative very helpful, thank you. I have a 2001 Mercedes E320 SRS. The dashboard tells me I have one malfunctioned and that is the SOS malfunction. I took the switch out as you instructed and waiting for the new one to come in. Something in the back of the car keeps beeping to the SOS system trying to connect.
The fuse directory told me that the telephone is 15 amp fuse. I removed every 15 amp fuse in the car but the SOS light above the driver's side is still on. Can you tell me where the fuse is so I can pull it to set off the light and whatever is beeping. It doesn't beep all the time just every minute or so but one beep! It is draining the battery when I let it sit overnight.

my W210 1998 has a parasitic draw. How do I solve it? Where do I begin?. The instrument cluster lights after shutting the driver door stays on thus draining the battery over night. Any suggestion or tips would be a big help! Thanks

Your video was the best, I have a 1999, E320 Mercedes Benz and every time that I connect the battery the alarm goes off and it does not turn off , I was trying to disconnect the alarm , how can I do that? It’s possible that I could take the fuse off and if it is, where is the fuse ? under the seat?

My e240 w210 1998 model is having no Horn at all. Which fuse to check or could it be because of a missing vacuum pump located under the rear seat.
I only can turn on headlihlght and tail light and hassle light.the fob remote both fob cannot knock or unlock car.but light is flashing when I press .I assume the remote is fine. And also I put fob to start .I won't let me turn to 1 or2 position.is is a fuse for the remote pls

The larger fuses 70amp and 40amp, what are they for? Are you sure these fuses are the correct amps?
Is there a fuse for door locks? 2 front doors do not lock and trunk will not open. Please help.
Thank you for your videos. Very informative and straight forward details. I just subscribed. I have a E240 2.6cc Year 2001 and having "c1401 high pressure return pump a7/3m1" error. The error keep coming back even after multiple resets. I have also changed the brake light switch, brand new rear taillamp sets and also the ABS pump module but problem remains. What else should i check apart from K40 relay ?
Hi ! this can be trycky to solve since it can something simple like a wheel speed sensor or a malfunction on the CAN BUS comunication betwen the ECU and the modules . I recommend to scan it with some good tool first , interpret the data , before replacing anything

My e270 cdi w210 all fuel idicator only jumps at 25-26l not more (second line) when i full it up it marks FULL but only for few KMS after that is going to 25-26l again
