A small preview of my interview last week with Joey “Lil Rat” Carrillo of the Harrison Gents. This time we sat down to discuss his former connections to the Latin Kings, through his uncles Playboy and Cleo. Besides sitting down and hearing his stories, I took him for a walk through a few notables corners on the east side of West Town, near Wicker Park and Noble Square.
