    Though I really wish there was more of a back and forth between the two, as opposed to mostly Shane speaking. I really liked the things Ollie was saying and would have liked to hear more, especially since he read the book.
    I appreciate that Shane was trying to find good take aways for us, but it felt like Ollie knew more about the subject and hit the nail on the head way more than Shane, while Shane was trying to make other things fit the subject.

    Great podcast episode! How do you build a rock solid center/core as a person ? I think you may have answered by saying defining your values & virtues…

      Defining your own values and starting to live by them. That "rock solidness" and deep confidence comes from your own track record of living by your own values, living with integrity. There's no shortcut to it. As you build that track record, your confidence and calm deepen.
