Sometimes starts after 40-50 minutes of driving, sometimes it's quiet! I went to the official dealer for a road test but unfortunately the car didn't made any noises.... unbelievable!
I have the same problem. I think that its these four clips (two at the right side and two at the left side). It has been troubling me since the first month. I think I will take it to the dealership again. Have you solved the issue?
@@riotproduction1844 unfortunately I did not. It's still there.. But I have noticed that it is more common when there are temperature changes, ESP during winter time in Greece (it is more common from October till February). I cannot come up as to why that is or what is causing the issue. I have videos that demonstrate the problem... unfortunately...
@@ΗλίαςΠινακούλιας try to check the recirculation flap motor. It is located behind the glove compartment. I saw a video not long ago saying that the ticking sound may come from that.
I wish you can respond to this one... I bought the same car after two months it started showing coolant low but, when i check it is at level. The following day i decided to top it a little with tap water because i was going out of town i drove with no problems atfer that. At midnight while driving the temperature needle just went up and i pulled over because i didnt know what was going on. I turned the engine off for a couple of minutes and back on and the needle was back to normal. I drove with it to the hotel and slept. The following morning i took it to the Mechanics and the said the water pump was leaking. They changed it and put new water pump on but the problem persisted and they didn't want to help me anymore. I took it cooling system guys in my hometown and they say it possibly is a instrument cluster. They say this after checking the cooling system, and they checked the temperature sensor and radiator. I would like to hear your views base in what i have just told you now. Thanks in advance.
sometimes the problem is in a poorly vented system. this engine has two circuits. be sure to connect to the diagnostic software and scan for any errors. and best at a VW authorized service center.

I have watched a few of your videos and generally do not recommend them - the idea of a DIY is "show instructions" how to e.g. disassemble part (or component) and then assemble WITHOUT DAMAGE. Why make such a video tutorial where you broke all the hooks in the display decoration frame. No offence, but i think that you should buy a tripod and do it properly
The videos show please dismantle completely, with no gaps. To see all the difficulties in the repair. For example 1:35
