- The Gunnison basin known for it's many great rivers and creeks is known for a great brown trout population. We locate a small creek in the Gunnison basin foothills and get on a successful dry hopper bite. Fly fishing brown trout on miles of creek lives us with smiles on our face.

Not too much for Browns around here, but they have been stocked in a few water systems.
It is more about being on that little stream and how epic it feels! :) the fish were a bonus

@@MountainStateAngler haha. Yeah, they want hatchery steelhead and salmon removed from all rivers so that the “wild” fish can have them to themselves. If you want to see both sides, watch “Artifishal” and “Benefishal” documentaries. I’m on the Benefishal side because I like being able to keep a fish to take home now and then. Watch Artifishal first, so that when you watch Benefishal you’ll see all the lies torn apart. I don’t blame you though, Patagonia makes nice gear, I just won’t support them any more

Hey! Colorado is amazing, you can do most of that here yes, but we have had some devastating fires and I believe their strict might have to only keep a fire inside of a ring. Always check the regulations for the area you’re going to fish. Thanks for watching!

@@ioriginalPSN I think it is, i was in the mountain last weekend. lowest temp was 28, which in the summer time where i camp is 25 to 28 and I did ok.
