Very very great job man, and very great channel! I love your contents! For next videos, it could be possible to keep the pedalcam, and to make whole videos with the kind of edit that you use for the two first minutes of this video (without "picture-in-picture" edit) please? I find that videos without "picture-in-picture" are really better and more dynamic! :D
Thanks for your comment, it’s motivating to know my efforts are appreciated. Yeah, I’ll give it a shot. I thought maybe seeing everything would be better for the viewer, i.e., why I’m doing what. If nothing else, I’m a man who gives what his audience wants…
@@OCDHAUS Thanks for your answer man! Personally, I prefer it this way, I think it looks more professional. But you can continue to use both methods for editing, but perhaps keep just one type for an entire video (for example, if you make a "picture-in-picture", keep it for all the videos and don't mix the two into a single video). For example, your video "Updated review of 2009 Porsche 911 C2S, 997.2" is perfect, with only full screen views. You can make the same kind of editing with inclusion of the pedal cam. ;)
Nice, thanks for the suggestions. See people! This is the kind of feedback I need to grow this channel… seriously though, I appreciate it, I have no idea how some of these videos are received or whether viewers know I’m changing things with each progressive video, or trying out different angles and perspectives. I honestly don’t care to show myself, but thought viewers might want to project themselves onto me, as if they’re driving, of course they would never be as good looking.
@@OCDHAUS In any case, I can reassure you man, your videos are really top notch, and what I love is the fact that you show pure driving, it's just wonderful! Especially as you're such a good driver! That's why I was saying that only showing the views in full screen was much better, because your videos are already of a very high quality, but with editing like this, it looks really professional. And it's great to be filming you and having a camera pointed at you, because as you say, it allows us to see who's driving, and personally I'd appreciate it less if I couldn't see you haha. This is all my personal opinion.
I live very close to FCP Euro. They do have a great return policy, but the amount of people abusing it by returning oil and break pads has made them change their policy slightly as they have grown in size. Use the return policy, its great. But returning oil? They will eventually remove the great policy just like other companies, LLBean, REI, etc.
That’s marketing dude. They got my business specifically because of this policy about oil and brake pads, there were plenty of other vendors I could have gone to. If you think about it, if one doesn’t take advantage of these items, what would you replace that another vendor wouldn’t based on their policy or warranty? I don’t buy into this, “let’s not do this or they’ll take it away,” that attitude just makes you a sucker at the end of the day, while everyone else takes advantage of what’s available. Please don’t take any offense to my response, I’m not implying this of you, I just have a different opinion of these types of things.
@@OCDHAUS even excluding value? purely driving i'm curious which you enjoy more as an experience. I've neither experience in either car but I have a 1984 944 and a 987 so the little brother version of both your cars haha
I think so, maybe it’s because the 911 is “newer” for me. Interestingly, I’d rather go on a long trip in the 928 and track day in the 911. I guess that’s fitting since the 928 is more of a GT. I’m currently getting more of a thrill in the 911 verses the 928. You in the Bay Area? If so, we should swap cars and hit the canyons.
@@OCDHAUS I feel the same way, the 944 is a more comfortable place for me in comparison to the 987 which definitely feels more sporty and capable, but sometimes maybe not as charming oddly for me. I'm close actually I live In Sacramento! one of these days when I plan to be down there we can definitely make something happen. I daily my cars 😁

Never drive the Carrera again or the 928?
Tough one, I’d regretfully let the 928 go. 911 has way more potential…

Nice, yeah, definitely hit me up if you’re out here.
