The pretenders !!! I remenber I got an tape in 1986 from them and I have the good sound in my heart since that days, I let me tell you something about Chrissie, I remember I liked so much her eyes and now still she have the same light in her eyes, how can her keep the same spirit ?...
Too bad she fires her band so much. The band that created this song is no more - Chrissie has new players at this point. I think she brought back the drummer at one point and had a few more hits on Popstar back in 1999. She is a great singer and writer but she needs to collaborate with the right people like many and she won't anymore. Still like her but just miss her old band.
She still sounds great, that's a hard song to drum to for old Marty back there.....Great to hear again in 2022...I stand with Ukraine, not sure why but Facebook said so.
THIS MUSIC SHOWS AGAIN HOW CRAP CURRENT MUSIC IS IT HAS NO FEEL ROMANCE STORY TELLING RIFTS BASS LINES CHORD CHANGES etc. BORN IN 1973 GLAD I EXPERIENCED THIS PERIOD.
Great pedal steel playing but who is it. But, why do we only get to see him or the bass player, who is really good too, right towards the end with a long distance shot?
Is there some reason why 2 of the other band members didn't make the cut on this footage? Although a guitarist myself, the bass in this song is simple yet one of the most enjoyable facets to this great song. Neither the bass player nor the lap steel guitarist got much attention from the photographer and/ or editor. Pity.
Wonderfully understated version of this terrific song. Her phrasing is exquisite. That moment she strikes a pose: sublime.
Nobody's got it quite like Chrissie Hynde. One of the best voices in all of rock n roll. Nuanced and clear, after all these years.
This version in particular, she's so expressive and heart-felt. Food for the Soul !!
I will watch this over and over again until my last breath. She is my Spirit Animal.
What a voice instantly recognizable.....
Chrissie Hynde and Ann Wilson: Queens of rock.
Great drumming
agreed. i know martin didn't play on the song nor the album the song is from but... he just makes it feel right.
hearing her sing this song makes me feel young once again..
Don't Get me Wrong is one of there best songs! Rock on Chrissie!!!!

Her voice + instruments = art ;)

Rod S didn't even notice them - had to listen a few times to see why you were referring too
Perhaps a "moshcam" is an amateur videographer from the audience?

Chrissie božanstvena..
Terrible re-creation of the original Robbie solo
