Quad shock are for axle wrap or wheel hop. One of the first modifications you do to a mustang is remove them then full send into a crowd.
Quad shock to help with wheel hop... You can flip them around 180 to gain some wider tire clearance... Once you upgrade to aftermarket rear control arms you can trash the quad shocks...

It's a quad shock we usually take those off they get in the way more than it helps, they cone on the fox bodys too
During the first side I'm thinking, "Surely they are going to use some brake clean to clean the rotor". The second side did not disappoint! I really like this car. Hope he keeps it mostly stock, but some Saleen or cobra R wheels would be sic.
How abour doing some drag and drive events ie sick week ,rocky mountain, plus a couple others out there. You guys can do it. Just swao the fuel system and stuff you guys can do it.

Quad shocks on the rear, they were on all 8.8 cars from at least 87-04.
Beautiful car I got the same one only in black, black on black actually. MINE is a 98 cobra and yes you can jack it up from the front unless it's lowered then u can't get to the k member and its the same on a F body if its lowered... Back brakes are horrible on those cars had to take off NY jumbo cobras all way round and put a willwood kit
