I love how you use a simple gallon of water compared to a 50.00 "Waist trainer core weight device". Great exercise.! I simply cannot bring myself to do "Real" exercises, because you wake up the next day hurting like the dickens. I love this machine because I don't hurt, and for some reason feel light as air when I step off of a simple 10 minute routine.

I've had over 6 abdominal surgeries. I intend to take the tummy exercises really slow. I've got to rebuild those muscles from bottom to top of the abdomen. Any help here would be appreciated.
Is the plate on any particular vibration level while doing any of those movements?
