Yes and no...there's a lot of factors and contributing costs. Suits from Thailand, Hong Kong (South East Asia etc.) that are made fast, no. Suits from houses in England (Savile Row especially like Tristan), France and Italy, yes. What you pay for in a suit aren't necessarily things you can see. Even if a Hong Kong suit was made with Loro Piana, if they're going to use fused canvas instead of the labour intensive handmade full canvassing then you wouldn't be getting quality.
