It's only the media that labelled her Kate years ago as it went with their mocking so to still use it now is unnecessary and cruel. She isn't referred to as Kate by her family, Prince William affectionately is known to shorten it to Cath. Also others keep saying the divorced version Princess of Wales, this is also incorrect as she is HRH The Princess of Wales. Sarah and Diana lost their HRH (hence the "The") as is customary in divorce thus differentiating any other of the same title in the future eg future wife of "said title"

Harry has not yet been given leave to appeal. Lawyers think it unlikely he will get it.
He would need a legal reason,he can’t appeal it just because his feelings don’t agree with the law or outcome.
Perhaps there is no way he can win and they don’t want to waste UK taxpayer money. He already appealed and that was the case he just lost. He can’t just keep appealing indefinitely.
He's being blackmailed to become under the thumb of King Charles again, with or without Meghan. Our Establishment is like that.

Agree. I had invasive abdominal surgery (they have to cut through muscle walls and internal organs to consider). Recovery was 8 weeks MINIMUM.

She insisted that the presidential suite had to be repainted in a color palette of her choice, which meant Invictus was paying to paint, repaint back to the original color, plus the room rate while the suite wasn't available. Invictus was charged for Sussex hirees whose only job was to scatter themselves in the crows and clap, cheer loudly, and start standing ovations so they would appear popular. She showed up three days late because she didn't believe Invictus couldn't afford to transport her by helicopter only while in Germany, her personal expense allowance was slashed to $400,000 for the four days she showed up, and Invictus refused to use HRH.
So, I'm betting that Archewell pays her well, she's introduced as HRH, and she's dressed in expensive clothes that are ill fitting and inapropriate.

The Canadian pictures were a Megs set up. She did have tremendous security while here at a cost of a Million dollars to Canadian taxpayers. Local folks lost the use of all manner of public spaces and woodland walking paths when they were there, including use of the coast line and waters near their borrowed secluded mansion. This couple were considered horrible neighbours. When it was discovered that security was sent to pick up a takeout they truly lost massive support and sympathy. The only ‘paps’ that had access to them were at Megs invitation. The final insult to Canadians was the nonsense of “the Freedom Flight”. She just wanted to get to the USA before the border was closed because of Covid - and good riddance was the popular sentiment when they left.
The actual reason they left Canada was because their security was being pulled the day they were no longer working royals. So they left the Eve or day their security ended. I believe she was already gaslighting Oprah and she passed it on to Tyler Perry and they thought they were saving Meghan,from evil white people.. I am not sure if the freedom flight was when they left UK or Canada. But either way, it was part of her narrative and pity play, to pull at the heart strings.

Absolutely. I recently came across a truly disgusting podcast (American) which shocked me to the core; such hateful lies and spite. Anyone supporting H&M should see this and ask, why haven’t they spoken up to prevent and discourage their so called ‘sugars-supporters’ from saying and promoting lies. I cannot believe Kinsey and Katie haven’t seen this rubbish…because if either of these presenters are genuinely decent people, they would think twice before enabling H&M propaganda.
I think it is shameful that an outlet like TMZ will go to these lengths just to snap a photo of a woman recovering from serious abdominal surgery being driven in a car by her mum. I am pleased that the UK news outlets have chosen not to publish the photo and respect the princess' wish to recover privately at home. I saw the photo, and the first thing I thought was the princess' doctors have not cleared her to drive, otherwise she would definitely have been behind the wheel of that car driving her children to school. I often think how the princess' independent lifestyle is being sidelined as she recuperates. She is lucky to have such loving support from her mum, but I am sure she will be thrilled once her doctors deem her fit to return to normal duties. Although I am sure the breach of privacy may have troubled the princess, it was refreshing not to hear a bulletin from Kensington Palace equating the photo to what Princess Diana had to endure. I look forward to seeing Catherine, Princess of Wales official return after Easter, and I expect she will hit the ground running to get back to her normal routine. Until then, I hope she is enjoying this downtime with her children and family, and I wish her all the best!

Harry sacrificed his IPP status when he decided to abandon his life as a working royal and stay in the States - as QEII warned him. He effectively shot himself in the foot. He can only get it back by applying direct to the UN. The recent judicial review only covers his security in the UK. It does not restore him as part of the Head of State's qualifying team of working royals - which ain't gonna happen.
You do wonder why he is SO desperate to get IPP status, it can't just be about freebie security all over the world. Has it anything to do with the blacked out security convoys and motorcycle outriders, or the diplomatic immunity from prosecution for the whole family, so you don't have to appear in court at all (unless you're the one doing the suing?), or the access to sensitive classified information about the movements of the Royal Family.....?

Harry has not been granted leave to appeal, he has to show that he has grounds to appeal and then convince the court to give him permission, appealing or not is not automatic nor his choice.
I’ll pray that he doesn’t get the right to appeal how about we all do it together?
It is highly unlikely that he will get an appeal as the Judge who tried the case will have to give permission and he was not to impressed with Harry's case, so he has two hopes, Bob hope and no hope.

There is one on utube...its obviously an old pic that has been photo shopped, it is grainy and you can see an extra wheel at the back so something has been taken out. There also was another one which appeared suddenly on utube, looked recent, but it was taken down almost immediately.

He has so far said something about the Sussexes but only that Harry was well loved and then the dynamics between PW, C and Harry changed when MM came along.

I hope Catherine will recover very swift and smoothly, surrounded by her loved ones. Catherine is missed because she's so famous and popular. But she deserves her privacy. It is clearly her in the pap shots, as acknowledged by eye witnesses in Windsor Great Park in the UK press. So at least it is good to see she is recovering at home, doing the school run with her mum, doing well and making progress. Pippa's has been on holiday, The Waleses travelled up to Norfolk, William is picking up duties: as reported in Hello, she is clearly on the mend and will probably be out and about after Easter. And then all the vile anonymous sad internet trolls can find something else to fill their empty toxic existence with, I guess. Maybe they could get a hobby, or a pet hamster? Or maybe even a life? Looking forward to see Catherine return, breaking the internet as never before. :-)

I didn't find anything wrong in this discussion. It is fine to tell that the picture was not published in the UK and why in the USA the decision was different, as well as rest of the discussion regarding photos and security. The privacy of the Princess of Wales was not disrespected.
